  • @way2educated theoretically, you can eat whenever. most people have had about a day's worth of calories by 7pm so for many eating after 7pm is excess calories

  • Yea its over for now until I start back up. Its kinda funny, last year when I first started my Eaton Jeans Contest your video was one of the 1st ones that poped up on my search! I took your tip on the tea because I was wondering why my tea would come out bitter sometimes. LOL. You give great advice.

  • green tea, never heard that before, im gonna do the no carbs after 7, or mabey 6, but that would mean that its pointless to eat fat after that time, so no carbs or fat, so only protien and fibre, thts cool enough, mabey some chicken and veggies, or fruit and loads of water, nice boobs btw

  • When it comes to the carborhydrates being stored as fat thing I wonder how much of it is true.I think alot of it has to do with the type of carbs and how much of those particular carbs that you eat.From my experience carborhydrates like say brown rice get stored as fat easily then all other carborhydrates.

  • ATLMicki, yes the green tea is great I normally drink that first thing in the morning with the juice of a half a lemon squeezed in it. I do not use sweetner but if someone needs a little sweetner use raw honey or agava nectar(agava doesn't spike blood sugar. Also some use stevia but that's not my favorite. I'm glad you like my video, i'll do another soon!

  • Tko I will keep watching and routing for all of you. I will give more tips these are just some that I use on a regular basis, and they work. I do have one secret weapon, weightloss trick that I will share next week. It's like turboloss!

  • Good advice especially about the carbs. Another thing is if you vary the times you eat everyday your biological clock will stop making your stomach growl at the times you are used to eating that make people think they are hungry.

  • Some people can eat carbs and never gain any weight, some can't, carbs are tricky. Good info about the biological clock.

  • My stomach never growls and if I don't think about it I can go a day or two where I forget to eat. I learned about this in a college psychology class

  • i am weight management coach and those were some good tips. here's a few more make sure you get 6 to 8 hrs. of sleep, eat plenty of vegetables & fruit all day long, except do not eat fruit in the mornings and drink lots of water. don't over eat tomorrow. happy 4th of july everyone.

  • Even if someone over eats, just cut back the next day or two and add in an extra workout!

  • Small things like that help a great deal. If we make small adjustments to our lives the weight is easier to lose.
