the thing that bugs me about the 2000 florida thing is that they didnt follow the constitution. if there is no clear winner in the electoral college the House of Representatives decides the winner. so i dont know why democrats complain,if it went to the house, as it should have since there were allegations of fraud, so no one got 270, the republicans had the majority in both houses until 2006, so either way we were stuck with Bush...
