guys i dont think hes actually saying he thinks his dogs retarded, if you read the description he explains that he knows what the behavior is, people just sometimes refer to silly things, pets especially, as "retarded" in an affectionate manner.
my aunties female jackrussel does this sort of stuff for attention, things like stealing clothes, even trying to bite plants and digging in the garden is attention seeking by some very smart dogs
children do it and parents are stupid enough to say their children have an illness of some sort
