that is awsome I was wondering what a kettle ball workout looked like the sunset just seems to make it that much more poetic. This type of workout jsut became one of my new goals for sure. Thanks for commenting and stopping by my videos I really appreciate it and now after this I will be subscribed to yours for sure awsome video.
Thanks for your comment. Looking at this video I can remember that eveing. It was really warm and it felt so good to be outside doing something I really enjoyed. That's one of the things I like about kettlebells, you can play outside
Thanks robin. I was trying to over look the pointless comment you mentioned. This was just a symbolic little video about how we need to keep trying to reach our goals. I finally got 4 flips in a row.
It's great fun and kind of a reward for doing a lot of swings and snatches. And, like so many things in life, it's really easy, once you figure it out.
Thanks traecline. Flipping the kettlebell is like so many things in life. Once you figure out how to do it you wonder what took you so long, it seems so easy. I have been trying to get these flips down for a long time.
i feel like if i tried that my back would be thrown out in about 2 seconds. it looks so dangerous! but great job and i love that you filmed this outdoors!
Horseshoe Pond is a little pond in the Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation area just north of Akron, real close to my house. They call it Horseshoe because of it's shape.
I did my first kettlebell workout today and am so excited! I probably would've never considered kettlebells had it not been for this video. ((hugs))

How much does that bell weigh? I showed Hubby your video this afternoon and we were wondering.
hislivingsacrifice 2 years ago
That was a 16KG or 35.2 pound kettlebell. I have much heavier ones but that is a good size to juggle.

Yeah baby! Now that's what I'm talkin' bout!!! Thanks for dropping by my channel and leaving a comment. I just added this video to my favorites.

The nice thing about Kettlebells is that you get cardio at the same time your are doing resistance training.
trboh 4 years ago
Hey thanks for your comment on my video. I'll be sure to make more :) Good job on that weight :)

Seems pointless... You should work on cardio.

It's great to find someone that understands kettlebells. I love mine also.

As a training mode, I don't know how useful kb flipping is, but it sure is fun, isn't it?

How about that, a personal theme song. My friend shed4life did that. I have an entire TRBOH song that I will share someday.

It was a beautiful Ohio evening. Not quite the same as an ocean sunset, but still, a wonderful sunset.

Amen to that!
It's great to see you succeed!

I was thinking a full body armor suit for Jibb. Kettlebells are a harsh but fair teacher. As long as you do it right, they don't fall on your toes.
trboh 4 years ago
Yeah, well... I do mine on one leg. Six times. But what you're doing is cute, too, so...
shed4life 4 years ago
You are my hero. You can show me how to do that on the 18th:)

It really builds your core. You have to keep control of your back. Once you are taught how to do it correctly you can protect your back.
