  • I did my first kettlebell workout today and am so excited! I probably would've never considered kettlebells had it not been for this video. ((hugs))

  • This made my day.

    :)

  • Awesome

  • How much does that bell weigh? I showed Hubby your video this afternoon and we were wondering.

  • That was a 16KG or 35.2 pound kettlebell. I have much heavier ones but that is a good size to juggle.

  • Yeah baby! Now that's what I'm talkin' bout!!! Thanks for dropping by my channel and leaving a comment. I just added this video to my favorites.

  • Looks like a hell of a workout.

  • u got an ex military look lol .. must be shaved head.. music and muscles lol .. i dnk in other videos u do look like military too.

  • Great video.

    Danny O'Keefe

  • THANX YOU ARE ENCOURAGING :)

  • one of the things I will never do in this lifetime.

guess you are doing it for me . . .

  • How boring it would be if we could all do the same things. Thanks for your nice comment. I am enjoying your videos.

  • yeah... never give up on being a skinhead. bitchtits

  • What the hell? Grow up..

  • Wow-definitely inspiring and impressive.

  • that is awsome I was wondering what a kettle ball workout looked like the sunset just seems to make it that much more poetic. This type of workout jsut became one of my new goals for sure. Thanks for commenting and stopping by my videos I really appreciate it and now after this I will be subscribed to yours for sure awsome video.

  • Thanks for your comment. Looking at this video I can remember that eveing. It was really warm and it felt so good to be outside doing something I really enjoyed. That's one of the things I like about kettlebells, you can play outside

  • Man it looks nice with the sun coming up and training without shoes and shirt. And defenitly NOT pointless.Keep it up!

  • Thanks robin. I was trying to over look the pointless comment you mentioned. This was just a symbolic little video about how we need to keep trying to reach our goals. I finally got 4 flips in a row.

  • That is a workout in like 5 minutes!!!

  • The nice thing about Kettlebells is that you get cardio at the same time your are doing resistance training.

  • Hey thanks for your comment on my video. I'll be sure to make more :) Good job on that weight :)

  • Thanks guy, I am enjoying your videos. I am working on the weight all the time...for the resto of my life.

  • Seems pointless... You should work on cardio.

  • I love my kettlebell!

  • It's great to find someone that understands kettlebells. I love mine also.

  • As a training mode, I don't know how useful kb flipping is, but it sure is fun, isn't it?

  • It's great fun and kind of a reward for doing a lot of swings and snatches. And, like so many things in life, it's really easy, once you figure it out.

  • you even have your own theme

    right impressive and spot on!

  • How about that, a personal theme song. My friend shed4life did that. I have an entire TRBOH song that I will share someday.

  • VERY cool!! congratulations on that four in a row! Beautiful sunset by the way as well! :)

  • It was a beautiful Ohio evening. Not quite the same as an ocean sunset, but still, a wonderful sunset.

  • Gorgeous sunset, gorgeous man, gorgeous sentiment. :)

  • You are so sweet to me. Thanks.

  • I can't wait to get you around my kettlebell in your bare feet. You will be dancing.

  • Awesome job!

  • Thanks traecline. Flipping the kettlebell is like so many things in life. Once you figure out how to do it you wonder what took you so long, it seems so easy. I have been trying to get these flips down for a long time.

  • Amen to that!

It's great to see you succeed!

  • I was thinking a full body armor suit for Jibb. Kettlebells are a harsh but fair teacher. As long as you do it right, they don't fall on your toes.

  • Yeah, well... I do mine on one leg. Six times. But what you're doing is cute, too, so...

  • You are my hero. You can show me how to do that on the 18th:)

  • You do that in your bare feet? You're a braver man than I ;)

  • Keeps you on your toes.

  • nice

  • Thanks Sean

  • Good on ya Terry!

  • Thanks bud.

  • i feel like if i tried that my back would be thrown out in about 2 seconds. it looks so dangerous! but great job and i love that you filmed this outdoors!

  • It really builds your core. You have to keep control of your back. Once you are taught how to do it correctly you can protect your back.

  • I think I've been there before

  • Horseshoe Pond is a little pond in the Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation area just north of Akron, real close to my house. They call it Horseshoe because of it's shape.
