how long was you sat there before you caught that shot? my mate bosley reckons he caught a 68lb perch that night. he went to reel him in and then, there was a flash and the fish bit the line and pulled his 1.2 corsa into the pond.
If you are hinting that this was faked in any way you are wrong. To answer your question I was at this location for around 45 minutes. I chose where to put the camera for maximum effect, i.e. on the building, and got lucky.
