    400 incline pushups 300 flat 300 decline, going in all 10 daimonds 10 close 10 normal 100 wide repeat will u hit the rightnumber to jump into the nextexercise, then finish with 1 arm pushups and some chest stretches, if this is hard to you try do ing 5 mins of max pushups without coming down on your kneed and no mroe than 5 second breaks when your tired, tell me how it went if u do it.

  • @mean71cuda pushups, dips. When you do that shit seriously you can def get a nice physique. Look at gymnasts, they do little to no weight lifting.

  • @mean71cuda You don't even have to hit the bars. My chest ain't that big, but I gained a big part of it when I was doing BMX. Pulling the bike (bunnyhops n stuff) was my workout.

    And besides, you can definitely get a chest like that from Pushups.

    It's called dips. Dips are much harder than push ups.

  • Really good tutorial - very clear, simple, and well-deomnstrated - for headbangers. In fact, although I am familiar with the exercise, this is the first tutorial for it that I have ever seen.
