  • The story: Happy the dog thought he saw a skinny dog on his yard so he charged soon he find out it was a cayote actual reaction as follow right after charging.... "owwww crappp cayote! 2of them ? ahhhhhh! open the door " i dont need no more fresh air! Happy? = big puss

  • Why do you let your dogs roam loose if this happens to them?

  • @hpiguy Happy is my neighbors dog not mine and my dogs are in at night and receive a escort to go outside

  • Thats not a coyotes thats sombodys dog.

  • @MrPissfairy Really? look again

  • @MrPissfairy drr drr drr retard alert class

  • I can imagine your stress. 1st the attack on your little dog (surprised it survivied) and now this. I see the lil dog had back-up and now the coyote does too. Hopefully, as quick as Happy is he will win this war soon.

  • if you only are interested in protecting your dog from coyotes, why are you filming your dog running loose at night amongst coyotes?

  • @7mikethebike you think i am on top of a 25 ft pole filming this? or is it more likely security footage?

  • @jdpmep wow dont worry about this ppl they obviously cant read and you did state its a you're neighbors dog and kudos to you for keeping you're dogs inside at night and for walking out with them to take care of they business. Im the same as you are i put a bell at the door where they can reach and they just slap it whenever they wanna go lol. I own a German Shepard and a German rottweiler

  • walked out with the ARI-15 and blew shit

  • unfortunately u have to either chase them off and hope they dont come back or get a big fence or bust a few shots off the only way to make sure they dont come back is to kill them and that is your options good luck

  • Happy would be one happy dog if he got a chance to sink some teeth into a couple of cayotes.

  • Coyotes will send in a bitch in heat to lure a male dog into their trap. It's an old trick coyotes have used forever. Happened to my neighbors dog. He lived, but wound up with 80 stitches.

  • @nerblebun you sound like a moron. Coyotes plan their attack on dogs? is that right?

  • @7mikethebike Thank you. I haven't replied to an imbecile in a long time.Yes. A pack of Coyotes will send in a bitch to lure dogs. Ask any rancher or Animal control specialist that's spent much time dealing with coyotes. It's a unique trick used by packs in certain areas of the country. I've seen this ploy used on my own dog a few times. Of course I'm not surprised you've never heard of it.

  • @nerblebun Ive had many friends lose dogs to wolves in AK, not a dog alive can go head-head with a grey wolf, only animal in AK that can snap moose bones. Buddies friend had a huge St Bernard, was out on air-strip, she saw 4 wolves approach, by the time she ran into cabin & came back with rifle.... nothing left but big blood stain & tracks. Less than 2 1/2 mins after she saw them.

  • @mrsmelzbad That's horrible. Losing your dog is like losing a member of the family.

  • @7mikethebike Yes "yotes" will lure other dogs into a trap. You sound like the moron to me

  • @MrBlizacane Wolves in Ak are very good at this tactic,.... send in a sweet looking female....... hey big boy wanna play? Lure him or them....out past the yard light.... whammy, shredded in less than a minute, nothing left but a blood spot in the snow.

  • i would a assume a rottweiler could handle maybe 2

  • you dont have to live out west to see coyotes. i drive a truck and live outside of nashville. they are everywhere here. i have seen them in every state. in side of big cities and out in the middle of nowhere. they are true survivers. and i hope to be trapping some soon. :). hope your dog stays safe. if not just get a great pyraneese next time or some long haired dog for protection. maybe two so they can keep them from crawling up their back side.

  • haha coyotes vs rottweiler haha xD and just 2 of em haha its like 2 Cheetas vs Elefant bull xD

  • Na it's kewl man, i just found the comment in my e-mail; i must have took it the wrong way, my apologies; i know dude, people on networks like this these days, not what i call "civilized", so i feel where your coming from.

  • FFS PLEASE GET THAT ROTTIE SOME BACK UP HE CANT FIGHT ALL THOSE FUCKERS BY HIMSELF

  • I dunno my two pitts were free running and never had any problems.... Pretty much anything that entered the yard never left. Could have just been that they were a good team tho so I dunno.

  • @jdpmep ummm no it wont, give that a try next time see what happens. than come back on youtube so i can tell you i told you so

  • lol 00 buckshot wont do shit when your dog is being swarmed by an entire pack

  • @emptywendysbag when I wade out into them and let the 870 speak it will

  • @jdpmep don't count on the boom of your shotgun to get them off your dog. Had a pair of american bulldogs were were breeding go at it bad, and shooting a shotgun right next to them didn't even phase them. When dogs go into kill or be killed mode, not much will stop them.

  • my dog it a rott and he got is nutsack ripped open by a bunch of coyotes he survived because the other house dogs helped him

  • Dat bait.

  • Bad deal. I live in Montana and have seen large dogs like Rottweilers killed by single coyotes. If a person wouldn't have been there, the coyotes would be eating some pooch. He wouldn't have stood a chance against two. You gotta remember, coyotes have to go out and get their food everyday. Happy gets his from a bowl. Coyotes generally don't mess hunting animals they aren't sure they can't kill, especially when they have numbers. They are very intelligent and unbelievably tough.

  • @surleyguru man nice i know that a rotti and a pit bull are capable of maybe killing a coyote there are really powerfull dogs and fearless and will fight to .the end

  • i suggest to get a irish wolfhound or maybe a dogo argentino it will be a big help

  • i cant see the lurer oni see happy and the one tat tried to sneak attack him...

  • PLEASEE KEEP UPLOADING VIDEOS LIKE THISS !!

  • "I'm gonna get, oh crap its gonna get me !!!

  • I'd say Happy doesn't want any part of the action! If that was my dog I sure as heck wouldn't post it for all the world to see! : )

  • @BoldogKennel You should watch the video of happy saving trixxie from being attacked by yotes. Hes brave but smart as well, from the looks of it I would say the whole pack is waiting in the wood work.

  • Big dog > coyotes 00 buck >>> coyotes

  • FACT FACT FACT. For knowing so many facts you guys are idiots. Buwhahahahahaha!

This is a no brainer for us who live in coyote territory ( they were here first) this rott could def hold his own with a coyote and so can many large dogs but this rott isn't new to this game!....... You see his reaction was to alert his master then scramble for cover cause he's not new to this, the coyotes in the past have shown him their wild side letting him know he's in danger probably with a few past ass kic

  • I wouldn't worry about the Rotti being in danger too much; the Rotti would kill the two coyotes, but you do need to becareful, maily because coyotes can run in packs up to "15".

  • @proAmerica87 hAPPY HAS OO Buck back up

  • @jdpmep That's what i'm talking about.

  • @proAmerica87 that "rottie" would have been dinner. coyotes are way more fierce that you think. a rottie against one, he might be fine. not two tho.

  • @combatcurtful I'm sorry dude, but the Rottii would kill the two coyotes. I know for a "FACT" that a Rotti that size would kill those coyotes, no if they were wolves it would be different.

  • @proAmerica87 Well, I know for a "FACT" that when i was growing up in montana, I had two Rotts and one coyote killed our male, bubba, and then the female was almost killed by 2 the following week. the reason I know this is because it happened on my neighbors property when they were home. the female made it out because my neighbor started shooting and it was in the daytime. we found bubba torn up and only one set of coyote tracks in the snow. there is your FACT. anyone else agree?

  • @combatcurtful Didn't say it was impossible for a coyote kill a dog of that size; i said that Rotti would kill those two coyotes in the vid, that's the fact i was talking about, those two coyotes are small in size, now, if a coyote or coyotes are the same size, then it's a no brainer. Coyotes "ARE" more viscious in nature than "ANY" k-9 breed, but a Coyote has to rival the k-9 in size.

  • @proAmerica87 Im sorry. You are still wrong. Im not lookin to have a fight via computer or anything so dont get me wrong. A coyote does not have to rival a dog in order for it to completely own a dog. unless that Rott in the video was just a fightin sonofabitch, one coyote has a real good chance, and two.. well the dog was smart enough to get out of there. i dont think the coyotes would have been getting anywhere the near the short end of the stick.

  • @combatcurtful Trust me my man, your just speaking your mind, and i love a good debate. I probably will never know, but you do because of the one you actually seen; I will say this, Rotti's in general have a "fight to the death" type mentality & coyotes can't risk injuries, they won't be able to survive with injuries, like wolves. In the mind of the coyotes they want the small dog, but no part of the Rotti, now it would be a great bout between the 3, the coyotes won't risk injury.

  • @proAmerica87 Fair enough. we can just agree to disagree. One thing I know for sure tho is a coyote will breed the hell out of any dog that ain't too big if its in heat. I say shoot'em all!

  • @combatcurtful Agree; what would your weapon of choice be in a coyote killing contest?

  • @proAmerica87 I always have a shotgun on my lap and a rifle with either bipod or shooting sticks. I useally use a single shot .204 ruger but if I could have my pic I would go with a model 700 .22-250 or .220 swift. otherwise, a helicopter and Ted Nugent

  • @combatcurtful Wow with the firepower, it isn't like the Russians are coming, LOL, they're just coyotes, but i'm with you man; if it was my dog i'd be the same damn way. I would hate doing it, but get you some counter-weight traps to go with that fire.

  • @proAmerica87 Mine would be a few american pitbull terriers.

  • @surleyguru That's an awesome mix, Coyotes wont come around then; i would do the same, or just get one of the following, Rotti, German Shep, any kind of larger terrier mix, esp a pit-terrier.

  • @proAmerica87 You are thinking on the right path, but with the wrong species. Wild felines can't risk injuries, wild canines can. Coyotes and wolves have the power of the pack on their side which makes them more likely to get in a scrap.

  • @johntvette With the pack behind them they'll do anything, but when you're damaged in battle, you're useless to the pack, and then cast out.

  • @johntvette Coyotes will never risk injury, i have witnessed a 15 pound terrier chasing one out on my grandmas farm over in oaksdale. The bigger farm dogs will kill them when they can.

  • @combatcurtful One coyote has a chance against a rotti huh. I beg to differ, I use to harvest wheat on my grandmas farm in oaksdale. They owned 4 farm dogs a blue heeler, american pitbull terrier, rotti, and a dingo looking dog. Every night the yotes would visit, they would chase the barn cats and what not. Until their fun was spoiled by the dogs who would usually catch one or two a week. The rotti and pit must have looked like the devil coming after them the way they would run.

  • @surleyguru well thats 4 dogs. im not saying certain dogs wouldn't, just most dogs arent as tough as a coyote. and since you bed to differ, ill have you know that growing up on a farm myself, I lost one rottie to ONE coyote and my other almost got killed by 2 but the neighbor was shooting at them. Just sayin if a dog is gonna have a chance, he is gonna have to be a fighting sonofabitch

  • @combatcurtful It would usually be the rot and pit against the whole pack.

  • @proAmerica87 There is no such thing as a coyote that rivals a Rott in size. That would be some kind of world record.

  • @johntvette Height, not mass. There is mix breed coyotes who are larger than a Rotti.

  • @proAmerica87 never underestimate an animal that fights for it's very survival on a daily basis. Domestic dogs do not have such strife.

  • @johntvette Oh i don't and wouldn't, but the Rotti has the same mindset in a sense that instead of fighting for food like a coyote does, it will fight to the death, while a coyote does both.

  • @proAmerica87 bad replies are just deleted I don't spew evil on you don't do it on me . I am not interested in killing coyotes as much as i am interested in them leaving my dogs alone.

  • @jdpmep I'm sorry? I don't remember saying anything bad, i'm not to evil, so please don't direct that kinda talk my way, ok; i respect you, so kinda need it in return.

  • @proAmerica87 You know I have to spend so much time deleting evil comments by stupid people here. ( not referring to you as that ). I sometimes get very angry by all the negative comments by people here that have no idea of my situation and only reply off the cuff with their negative / evil / ignorant comments I sometimes lash out. I do apologize it was not necessarily direct at you.

  • @jdpmep mate @proAmerica87 didnt even say anything bad!!!!!!!!!!!! he said your rott would have no trouble with the coyotes!!!! jesus chill out!!!

  • the larger one likely could be a wolf mix, given the research of John Way, depending on the location of this..Where are you??

  • @douglundy Riverside, Ca so I don't think so. maybe in several years but still small now. I see a few larger ones once in a while

  • @douglundy Around here we have been seeing Coyotes here that seem to be a German Shepard mix. In matter of fact my Supervisor was almost attack when she saw a strange looking German Shepard and got charged. It was with another Coyote and pups. Theres been a lot of Coyotes out this year in Hungton Beach it's beyond unusual. Keep warning people to change their habits and encourage them to leave but everyone just wants em dead. :-(

  • @RoMayDrako There was an article last year about some areas out west having issues with coy dogs, and feral dogs. They were killing a lot of livestock. people who live in the country need to keep an eye on their dogs so they are breeding with, not getting eaten by the local wildlife. Where I live coyotes are making a come back, and its still pretty rare to see one though. no thanks to people killing them off years ago.

  • one day the uploader will upload a video of happy catching a coyote ;D

  • @Jedtumble I hope so

  • clever girl!

  • (continued) y don't you keep you're dogs inside or get more tough dogs cause the coyotes might eventually get him man

  • I saw two coyotes damn, theyre pretty smart with da decoy shit, but happy noticed it smart dog.. So how is happy a pussy one on one he was coming.. But he'd of been killed by two, an if there was 12 he'd of been slaughtered.. Y d

  • You should get more of Happy's kind and see if the coyotes want to come back. lol.

  • I meant wasnt such a pussy. Wait is happy the rot that saved trixxie from the coyote, yeah I take that back.

  • @surleyguru Yes Happy would kick some coyote butt

  • happy is a tough dog but he is also a smart dog

  • Yes they do trick animals out like that. They will whine and wimper like a puppy. Sometimes even limp to draw an animal out.... then the rest of the pack will jump em. Sometimes as many as 12 will attack together.

  • a pair of coyotes can so some SERIOUS damage, even to a big dog, my neighbors LARGE 120 saint x rotti was nearly killed by a pair of 60 pound coyotes.

I still love coyotes though, I think they are beautiful animals

  • Pka

  • pka

  • pka

  • PKA WHOOO!

  • Woody(:

  • Um... I think those coyotes would be in trouble if Happy ever cought one.

  • @jjmnky yes they would be

  • @jdpmep Yeah if happy was such a pussy.

  • @jjmnky happy-looks-like-an-angry-bad-ass-thoes-coyots-would-do-better-to-keep-him-happy-lol

    oh-------broken-spacebar

  • I think Happy would be better off with a good .223 or .270.

  • happy needs the help of our 5 doggies.

    coyotes wont stand a chance.

  • happy needs a coupla brothers just like him and there will be no more problems

  • @CHECKPLATE yes

  • The coyote that's acting as the decoy, to draw Happy out, is up by the date and time. Look between the 04 and 03. Its hard to see until the video is almost over.

  • i cant see the other coyote did it bite happy

  • Respond to this video...

  • Happy is a Rottweiler?

  • @Tralgit Yes

  • @jdpmep I have my third now, they are great and you picked a nice name.
