I can't imagine what the human race is going to look like 30 years from now. A bunch of ugly freaking people who have ruined themselves with Botulism, etc.
If you eat a good diet, exercise regularly, have a positive disposition, keep yourself clean and presentable, you won't need to waste your money in these procedures that at the end will make you look older and artificial.
Do whatever it takes to look younger. Nobody likes a old looking man, except maybe his dog.

I've had to work hard for every wrinkle and white and grey hair I have. So no thanks to cosmetic surgery.
