we Believe the Ghost of lockout is both lag and something else not so simple. supposidly microsoft made a spartan shaped sprite to test the mapsgameplay while they were making the game. they did not remove it and it layed there. The ghost does exist and u don't even have to be connected to live, I was on lockout, by myself looking for glitches, and this thing appeared (note that I was not on live and no one was on my xbox but me) the ghost killed me over 65 times and the kills were either counted as suicides, or credited to the guardians, sum crazy shit

And no we didnt have it on the setting that drains your health. So we went into theater mode and saw saw some bearly vivid mark 6 armor with no weapons. He kept on throwing plasma grenades but it would show the plasma till the end of the round (last kill). So my point is that there is a ghost of blackout.
