As a black person, I agree that Craig is a much better host than DL could've been. The way he exposes his weaknesses (alcoholism) and personal moments makes him seem much more humane. Its the ability to empathise with CF which sets him apart. For him it's alcohol, for others it could be drugs or smoking, but we all relate. For him it's Scottish, but for others it could be English or Chinese, but we relate. It's much more profound than "Black people be like this, whereas white folk be like that"
