Please note that in acts chapter 8 the gift was passed on by the laying on of hands by the apostles only. The miraculous gifts ended with the aposteles. He can not do the things the apostles did. Do you think he can speak every language whenever he wants? No all he does is speak gibber and puts on a show. You need to re read acts ch2. He cant do what they did.

Any one who claims they can do them even know they cant deep down. They just get caught up in emotions. The fact is is that the bible is the spirit and it is our guide today. This is what Jesus called the baptism of the Spirit,
Acts 1:8"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:"
The Holy Spirit falling upon people is the baptism of the Spirit.
That is what happened to the Apostles, paul, and millions of disciple in the NT.
