Can you please tell me how to do Lunar Diplomacy without finishing The Fremennik Trials? I just turned my 30 defence turmoil pure into 40 defence and the one quest I still need to do is Lunar Diplomacy, but I want to stay 40 def so I can't do Fremmy Trials. Thanks.

you need all req's for lunar so if you need to do the quest then do it, get 45 def if you get exp. Although, i dont think the fremmy quest you do for lunar requirement is the one that gives def xp

Wouldn't call the exp bar an "amazing edition to the game" More like a big change in pking, mainly for the worse. ~ I've been pking since 06 and the exp bar among other things did not benefit PKing.
