The beginning was a bit weak, and pitchy in parts.

After that it started getting better.

Its not bad, but i would simplify the vocals.

Try putting elxir strings on the guitar it will sound much better. AnD TUNE IT. Try adding some harmony like David does on the record. Here and there it sounds awesome.....but then at times it goes slightly off.......and I don't mean off key.....just.....I guess a good way to convey it is that the parts where it was kind of off....well these parts would still be awesome if it was in a live performance...say on stage, or in a bar/night club.....but on an album....it would definitely need a lot of polishing.
