You Tube down-coverts the bit rate (overall picture quality) for streaming, but then they just recently enlarged the video size, thus stretching the video further, which also just makes it look bad.  We haven't uploaded any videos since they enlarged the viewer, so I don't know if the newer videos will look any better or not. We'll find out soon enough, though.
