@561shadow if know ones told you yet, then not only does it increase his attack power but improves his move set as well, not only that that but he gains new moves, and supers as well.

look at the character's lifebar after the combo is over and you will see ASSIST OK!

How do you qcf, m, qcf, S in the air? The hammer never seems to hit.

@tetsefly211 It's M, M, H, QCF+L, M, QCF+L, M, S, and it's mostly to do with strict timing right after the launch. Very early, but not too early. You can tell you did it right when their head is hitting Frank's knees in the first QCF move.

Since UK doesn't get this until friday I'd like to know more about his level up system. I kow he needs 100xp to get to level 5 but does it have to be all in one combo? Or would 5 different 20 hit combo's with photo at the end accumulate to 100?

Otherwise I'm not seeing much potential in Frank unless he blows meter, X-Factor or has some damn good assists. Also would a DHC work?

@SSaorise Everytime you take a picture, the combo counter when you take a picture gives you "EXP". Certain experience is required to give you different levels, and 100 total experience is needed for Lv5. In the first combo, he took a picture at 21, 35 and 46 to give him 102 total experience, getting him to Lv5.
