You could easily listen to anyone playing any instrument badly and blame it on the instrument, a good sax player sounds great, a bad one doesn't, a good guitar player sounds great, a bad one doesn't. Don't blame it on the instrument. I'm sure that player would love to know that the teacher next door was recording them to laugh at them, because if I found out and I were him I would not be happy.

This is what happens to kids when they think they can play jazz sax without first learning the basics. Etudes before Ellington! Scales before Sanborn!
The sad thing is ... I don't think this is practice! Sounds like a modern jazz-contemporary bebop saxaphone solo. I like jazz, but some of this new crap... Anybody can pretend to be the next Charlie Parker and play a 10 minute solo of that bullshit ... Hilarious vid btw... :)
