This film is like a better looking Disney version of the land before time. It would be awesome if Universal the creators of land before time film made new versions of land before time that looked realistic like this. Bit not to scary. This film was just right I think.
The land before time got more ridiculous as the series went on, the first will always be the best because the predators actually acted like predators an not complete idiot's who couldn't kill an ant if they stepped on it.
The T-Rex in the first movie was vicious, cruel an a killing machine.. actually accomplishing in killing little-foots mother an almost the rest.
I doubt Universal could out-do the oringinal in any sequel or remakes.

The carnitores couldn't get through, they are too big after the collapse. And whats better? A small gap for predators to try and come in, or a huge valley entrance they used before the collapse? And since they never came in before.
