  • Hello Manjula aunty! My name is Samir Sharma from University of Scranton.

    Uttarayan already passed by but me and other Indian students want to make "Undhiyu" so it’s a request from us if you could show us how to make it please!!!!

    Anyways, thank you for all the recipes. Because of you, we can cook by ourselves! It helped us a lot due to we are vegetarians (we don't eat onion/garlic as well) and it’s hard to find without it around here.

  • i used to enjoy this sitting on my grandpa's lap,grandma scoldin him to let me down,she would fuss with me,whenever my mom and me miss them,we make this amazing drink,i am proud of being an indian.

    do you ever put black cardamom in your chai or other milky drinks such as this? My friend suggested it, and I have never tried. What is the flavor like?
