stillen super charger on nissan titan

The problem with the stillen s/c kit is the Piggyback VK-Pro fuel controller, not to mention the Nissan Titan RE5R05A transmission (same as in the 350z) is not built/programmed to handle the low end/part throttle torque/power from any forced induction for very long. The line pressure isn't enough under certain parameters and the clutch packs slip and burn up.

There is a lot of pertinent information in regards to upgrading a Nissan Titan, more so than a Ford or Chevy. I could go on and on...

Those of you who are bashing Stillen and liking Roush, and/or hating Whipple and loving Kennebell lol...etc etc.. The Stillen Titan S/C kit uses the Eaton M112, the same supercharger that is on the 03/04 cobra and the 99-04 Ford Lightning from the factory and is used on so many other OEM vehicles.

Kennebell and Whipple branched off from OPCON and Autorotor, they are both Twin Screw superchargers.

The new Eaton TVS is not a twin screw, just a 4 lobe 160deg twist rotors pack.

the only thing i could think of being in there would be an inaccurate ARF sensor.

the dyno info is probably coming from the rollers the truck is on.

hey man. My brother has an 06 titan and he really is thinking about putting a supercharger on it. Looks like you may not advise that. What kept breaking on the 5.6 or was it a problem with the stillen? some info would be sweet.
