Something to clear up this video, the female RCA to male 3.5mm jack is supposed to have 2 black lines not 1 as shown in the video. Lastly, VGA to HDMI does not work unless you have a converter which is pointless because it is just as much as buying a new monitor that supports HDMI. would you mind thumbing this comment up so others may be helped as well, Thanks and Thank you guys for watching!

Very good video, just one thing that I seen that was inaccurate. When you said you can buy a HDMI to VGA you connect the monitor. This will not work even-though they DO make the cable the cable will not work for this type of use. The reason why is because standard VGA terminals are considered as an analog display where as HDMI terminals are considered to be a digital display. The only way this will work is to purchase a VGA to HDMI video converter that will convert the digital signal to an anal

However, you did NOT show a) how to connect ps3 to a monitor with VGA or to a monitor with DVI. This means: your video title should specify HDMI so that those of us that need help with VGA don't spend 10 minutes watching the whole video only to find out the video doesn't help with what I need. @xBl00dBrothersX Thanks for the constructive criticism! with the ps3 to VGA you need a converter box (hd fury) which is impractical to spend that amount of money. As for ps3 to DVI what I show in the video will work, just look for a HDMI to DVI, there will be no sound because DVI doesn't carry sound but that's why you have the RCA to 3.5mm

@FinalOutlawTV it wont work. the hdfury cable has a transcoder that converts the digital signal that the hdmi port from the ps3 outputs to an analogue signal that your vga monitor can use. vga monitors can only read analogue signals; never a digital one.
