dallintv I'm only a normal 5'7 hispanic kid and I can do some power dunks. Almost anyone could easily dunk too, just follow the right workout. I personally used the 1 that's at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com but just about any training plan is good as long as they actually work however the truth is many do not
