Sahabah (R.H) became infidel by denying the divine right (Wilayat) of Hazrat Ali. First three caliph and other Sahabas became infidel by denying the divine right of (Wilayat) of Hazrat Ali. (Al Kafi, Page No. 420)
Shia believe that after the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) died, Fatima took over the role of Prophet hood by receiving divine inspiration. Fatima supposedly received divine inspiration and she would then narrate these divine revelations to Ali who would write it down. It should be noted that this is slander against Fatima and the Shia are accusing her of creating a holy book after the Quran and thereby acting as a Dajjal, or false prophet.

Taqiyyah: Calculated Deception
One other Imami Shia doctrine that must be related is the doctrine of Taqiyyah, or dissimulation, (i.e. calculated deception). In support of this doctrine of deception, the shia attribute the following to Abu Abdullah (Ja'far as-Sadiq):
"Nine tenths of religion is taqiyyah (dissimulation), hence one who does not dissimulate has no religion." (Al-Kafi vol.9 p.110)
Concerning the verse, "Verily the most noble of you in Allah's sight is the most God-fearing(atqaakum)" , the shia attribute the following interpretation of "atqaakum": "That is, your deeds done by taqiyyah(dissimulation) (Al-I'tiqadat)
Contrast this doctrine of calculated deception with Allah's statement in the Holy Qur'an: "Surely those who hide from people the clear proofs and guidance, which we clarified in the Book(Qur'an), will be cursed by Allah and all those who curse." (2:159)

Imam Malik recited the verse, "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those with him are harsh with the disbelievers and gentle among themselves.
So that the disbelievers may become enraged with them." (48:29) He then said, "Whoever becomes enraged when the sahaba are (...)
mentioned is the one about whom the verse speaks." (Tafseer al-Qurtubi)
During the period of Muslim rule in Spain, Imam Abu Muhammad ibn Hazm would often debate with the Catholic priests about their religious texts. i don't think any scholar in their right mind would out-rightly say that Ali (ra) is "god" or even a prophet.
but the thing which stumps me about shia'ism is they say that it should have been Ali who suceeded the prophet (saw) rather than Abu'bakr (ra), but then why didn't it happen? if it SHOULD have rightly been Ali, then surely Allah would have decreed it to be so.

Although I'm a Sunni, but in my view (I may be wrong), Hazrat Ali is the best sahaba. The reason being that he is respected by all Muslims alike, be it shias or sunnis. I also love him because he was the first cousin of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and his son-in-law. Therefore, he had a very close kinship with Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

The followers of the Ahl al Bayt a.s., their Shia, are those who believed in the Oneness of Allah, Day of Judgment, Justice of Allah, Prophet-hood of the Prophets of Allah and the Imams a.s. from the Family of the Prophet s.a.w.a.

Is this not indicating that the Muslims should stick to one intepritation and not have different opinions? You have to be careful about one the things Shiaas have in their creed and ways which is called:
Taqiyyah: Calculated Deception
One other Imami Shia doctrine that must be related is the doctrine of Taqiyyah, or dissimulation, (i.e. calculated deception). In support of this doctrine of deception, the shia attribute the following to Abu Abdullah (Ja'far as-Sadiq):
"Nine tenths of religion is taqiyyah (dissimulation), hence one who does not dissimulate has no religion." (Al-Kafi vol.9 p.110)

Concerning the verse, "Verily the most noble of you in Allah's sight is the most God-fearing(atqaakum)" , the shia attribute the following interpretation of "atqaakum": "That is, your deeds done by taqiyyah(dissimulation) (Al-I'tiqadat)
Contrast this doctrine of calculated deception with Allah's statement in the Holy Qur'an: "Surely those who hide from people the clear proofs and guidance, which we clarified in the Book(Qur'an), will be cursed by Allah and all those who curse." (2:159)

Look in sahih Bukhari, sahih Muslim, Thirmidi, Abu Dawud and other top sources of hadith I know that most if not all will prove my hadith about Umar (ra) to be true. I also understand that you dirty shias only bath once a month or in one case I heard in Iran a woman wanted divorce cuz her dirty shia husband only bathed once a year!!

i don't think any scholar in their right mind would out-rightly say that Ali (ra) is "god" or even a prophet.
but the thing which stumps me about shia'ism is they say that it should have been Ali who suceeded the prophet (saw) rather than Abu'bakr (ra), but then why didn't it happen? if it SHOULD have rightly been Ali, then surely Allah would have decreed it to be so.
you have to remember that Abu'bakr was the best after Muhammad (saw) and thus the best hoice for khalif - even Ali agreed!!

Although I'm a Sunni, but in my view (I may be wrong), Hazrat Ali is the best sahaba. The reason being that he is respected by all Muslims alike, be it shias or sunnis. I also love him because he was the first cousin of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and his son-in-law. Therefore, he had a very close kinship with Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

"Umar said: Two types of Mut'a were (legal) during the time of the Prophet and I forbid them both, and I punish those who commit it. They are: Mut'a of pilgrimage and Mut'a of women."

WE all muslims should make QURAN and HADITH our criteria. and no where it is mentioned in QURAN or HADITH that become intolerant to any other school of thought and kill each other. Infact QURAN does not permit the killing of innocent HUMAN BEINGS.

according to this hadith it is clear that who believe in ALLAH and PROPHET MUHAMMAD is a MUSLIM and killing of a MUSLIM is not at all permissible.
and all SHIA believe in ONE ALLAH and PROPHET MUHAMMAD. and if SHIA believe that HAZRAT ALI is WALI ULLAH so its not a kufr statement.

my respected brothers and sisters. Our beloved prophet informed us that islam will break down into many sects, it written and is destiny! we cant avoid it, but lets us lower our heads and do sujadah, and worship Allah, the one thing we all have in commen, and no non-muslim can change that.

Yup it is true. He further added that all of the sects will be in Hell fire except one.
Our beloved prophet replied, when asked which group would that be, "It is one the one to which I and my companions belong."
So be a Muslim. We are all Muslims, we are not to divide into sects.

His Ahl al Bayt a.s.
We adhered to the Hadith al Thaqalayn/ the Two Weighty Things.
The Prophet s.a.w.a. used to call many companions as Shi'atu 'Ali.
How about any other name/names not mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Do you rejoice in what is with you?
Why do you follow the companions?

These Shiya'an are the sects mentioned in 6:159 and 30:32. who are in reality mushrikeen.
Those who split their Religion into Sects, each rejoicing in that which is with itself. 30:32
This is what Pharaoh did to his people in 28:4.
...and broke up its people into Shiya'an/Sects.
The people of Muhammad s.a.w.a., although they were already Muslims, were warned that they could be made into Shiya'an owing to their disbelief.
...or to cover you with confusion into Shiy'an/Sects...6:65-67.

The true followers of the Prophets a.s. belonged to their Shi'a.
This is the conclusion found in 28:15,15. The word Shi'a was mentioned twice saying that a man was among the Shi'a of Musa a.s. who asked for help from him.
In the same manner, the people in the hellfire belonged to every Shi'a opposed to the Beneficent in 19:69.
Then shall We certainly drag out from every Shi'a/Sect all those who were worst in rebellion against the Most Gracious.
