Dude all u guys have to do is download froyo v3 at the same place xda....dude I did and everything's. Working. Great on my hd2...but saw they had an evolution build. And I they deleted. The froyo v3 off of my SC card then put the evolution build onto it and wah lay I'm dual booting Wm and the sickest android evolution build ever.everything run just like stock...except. ubs tethering to run my laptop though my phones internet. But other then that guys it the best android build I've ever used.

Like, when I start it up, after I've ran the Android, it might freeze or something then I'll restart it by taken the battery out but when it's starting up, it'll go back to the Window's settlings. Then I have to keep do the Android process over & over again. I wanna beable to start it up as Android everytime I have to restart my phone.

@SirBootsalot ok so i have froyo on my hd2 right now the newest froyostone version and compared to winmo on the hd2 this android version is very fast and smooth. id say its a little faster than winmo. when im in winmo on my phone is takes alittle bit to bring up apps and shit like that and its a little slow sometimes but after i but froyo on it, its been super fast and very responsive. i absolutly love my hd2 now. i wasnt a fan of it when i just had winmo on it.

just did the flash and installed this same version on my HD2, and yea the ringtone is high pitched and seems to be playing faster than normal speed. I am glad its not just me, was wondering if you have found a fix for this issue as all the mp3 tones i have sound funny. Tried to go safe and use the Halloween theme but even that sounds wierd. Thanks for the video, wish I had found this before I did mine, would have saved me a little time

@SauseVicious hm this is prob because of your windows mobile rom & maybe radio problems. i suggest using chuckydroidrom if youre going to be using android forever since its fast and easy to use. miris or the energy rom if you still want the sense ui for windows mobile. check em out at xda.

@tevarisjordan20 android battery life will always be "bad" because its booting off of the sd card which means the card reader always has to be on so there is a huge battery loss there. some of the new builds such as the froyostone 2.1 has a battery life of roughly a day with moderate use. this is better than the g1 i previously owned. until the devs get android running off nand (internal) the battery issue is always a biggie

@hansire well its supposed to fade for like 5 seconds but then it should be back to normal booting. if this happens try disabling auto brightness on win mobile and then boot android

hey man, i have the desire based rom 2.2 from darkstone, and i have problems, it reboots all by itself everyonce in a while, boots in windows and when i run android again it deletes all my contacts, also sometimes the touch doesnt respond and i have to press end and unlock for it to keep working.. if you can help ill thank you because im about to destroy the phone lol!

@hpypenguin i reformatted the sd ive made 50 thousand resets.. i think the problem was putting custom ringtones from music player to contacts because i never used them again and it never happened again... the screen not responding happens every once in a while but all i do is press home about 3 times and its back to normal or end and unlock it and its back to normal

@258935172 no need for non of that, you can pm, i can send you the links to what you need, first you need hspl for your phone so you can change roms from your hd2, download miris rom and thats it everything should work perfectly, mine somehow stopped deleting my contacts after i stopped using my music as their ringtones.. i have the darkstone 2.2 froyo based on desire with htc sense, basically you have a desire with 4.3 screen but no 720p recording, but you can in wvga

@BANEGLADESH this will never brick the phone b/c its not replacing the actual windows mobile os.. its booting off of the sd card.. you would only need to worry about bricking when you are loading a custom rom on the device.. but until then its 100% safe

I'm having trouble loading up the CLRCAD.exe & HARET.exe files. It says:

"The file 'CLRCAD' connot be opened. Either it is not a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file"

It says the same thing for the Haret file too. What should I do? I tried doing this before & it worked but it was running all night so I removed the battery & tried to do it again but this started happening.
