What a great show.. It's hard to find a great show to do for marching season. Though I do agree that Equus is a better piece in concert band, it makes for a fun show!
You bet it was hard. Especially during practice, with the woodwinds acting all uppity about line angles when they weren't even close to where they were supposed to be.

Avon played this at grand nats a few years ago.
Its very admiral for a band to attempt marching Equus, its a very difficult piece of music.
Id suggest watching the Langham Creek HS TMEA performance of this on youtube, its amazing music.
