My second suggestion: learn to control your thoughts. A part of the plan of happiness that our Heavenly Father has given us is that we were sent here to be tested. Therefore, there will always be temptations. Our work as Latter-day Saints is to keep the commandments of God, in spite of the temptations that Satan sends our way
I had learned that we must always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. But something I had seen and heard had taught me that those words were more than a formality. There was a picture of the Savior on the bedroom wall where my mother was bedridden in the years before she died
After the four key record sources are exhausted, Hill said there are many other places to find information, from tax lists to newspapers to passenger lists to biographies.
"Reading the records and asking yourself questions are vital," Hill said.
Ether 15:34 reads that he doesn't care the pain that he goes through for the Lord as long as he is saved. But is there pain in any level of heaven in Mormonism, since blacks will go there as servants meaning they will experience pain or anger for not receiving the same experience as a white Mormon?
Okay? Thanks for ignoring the question. What did I distort? Going to the celestial kingdom as a servant seems almost like a punishment to me. The apostle didn't go into detail about it but we can infer that a servant isn't as great as exalting, otherwise he wouldn't have mentioned it.
"Race Problems—As They Affect the Church." - Elder Petersen 1954
While this may not be considered scripture this is certainly a part of LDS doctrine. I'm sure you would agree that a prophet would not lead the church astray by teaching false doctrine right? Elder Peterson was making a bold statement about the journey of a Negro to the the celestial kingdom without the priesthood.
You must be joking? This was a talk recorded at BYU by one of your apostles Mark E. Petersen. No fabrication whatsoever. Go research it i you don't believe me. Now you're the one who is distorting by trying to lie your way out of this.
Finding family history can be easier if you look at four key groups of records. Mary E.V. Hill, a family history expert, told a class at Brigham Young University's Conference on Family History and Genealogy about the four major records sets she recommends.
Thank you very much for the compliment. I am a little older than most people think. Keeping in mind that I joined the military at the age of 23 and retired from the Navy after 20 years of dedicated service on 31 March 2001. I am currently serving as the High Priest Group Leader of the Annapolis Maryland Ward.
Thank God for changing his mind about blacks holding the priesthood. If you had joined before 1978 you wouldn't have made it to the celestial kingdom.
Blacks were not allowed in temples to have ordinances done such as endowments and sealing. Are these necessary for the Celestial kingdom or just exaltation in the kingdom?
Alright but they still could not exalt and had to enter as servants. I'm not sure thats quite the same treatment a white mormon would receive. Being a servant in heaven? Isn't that an oxymoron? Thats no paradise I want to be in.
"Now the last words which are written by Ether are these: Whether the Lord will that I be translated, or that I suffer the will of the Lord in the flesh, it mattereth not, if it so be that I am saved in the kingdom of God. Amen. "

Alright those verses were about pain on earth, but is their pain in any of the three heavens in Mormonism?

that is a LOT of SPIN and DISTORTION on your part.
I notice you have a LOT of that, we must be doing pretty well since that is the case.

instead dancing around. Please show me ANYTHING in LDS Scripture that supports your declarations?
I say LDS Scripture because that is where THE LDS doctrine is EXCLUSIVELY located.

the paper you quote is FABRICATED. More than likely a Mark Hoffman forgery.
discovered ONE day by an ANTImormon and never heard of before that.
I have noticed the BEST way to tear down the LDS Church is to quote nefarious sources.
Mark Hoffman is proud of you.

MereMessenger,
You have been corrected on this subject MANY times. Yet you continue to turn a BLIND eye and a DEAF ear.
The Celestial Kingdom has ALWAYS been opened to ANY member of the LDS Church regardless of race or gender.
Please STOP your DISTORTIONS.

the ONLY ordinances necessary for the Celestial Kingdom are BAPTISM and the Holy Ghost.
Please STOP your DISTORTIONS!
