This guy barely knows what a fuel cell is...all of GM's research on fuel cells is carried out in Honeoye Falls, New York by a bunch of 250 people or so.
The fuel cell is ready in terms of cost and performance..only cost remains the issue. It will be ready by 2015 or 2020.
I meant the fuel cell is ready in terms of durability and performance only cost remains an issue....need to lower by a factor of 5 or so!
