I do not doubt the status quo, political oligarchies, and military-industrial complexes of Earth would fabricate such propaganda for power gain.

However, it doesn't change the statistically high probability that the Earth is and has been visited by several alien races.

Sorry I don't buy it all, I agree the invasion maybe a hoax, but the phenomenon is definately real. I know of people who have seen a cigar shaped object 500 yards out of the airplane window, they took photos and I have seen them, the pilot even spoke to the tower stating, (FACT) "all the passengers can see this craft now". The object was a long as an aircraft carrier and was travelling at the same speed as the aircraft for over 5 minutes keeping up then overtook. We have no craft like that.
