  • @ellie3637 - try both ways and see if you feel a difference. It is just like folding hands - some people prefer the right hand on top and some the left depending on what energy is the most dominating in them - the male or female side. Have great fun.

  • Please share thise video and 3 exercizes with all people you know. Please encourage them to do them even more, since most people go faster and faster into a switching state again with the increase in electrosmog and radiation everywhere.

    Many people are behaving and reacting in strange ways due to the bombardement of this. Switching of the Brain is the basis for Mind Control - so it is all about FREEING THE MIND NOW.

  • @michaelahls - to re-synchronize the brain hemispheres. Think of the cross movement exercises we were taught in primary school. It's to clear the communication between the brain hemispheres.

  • there have been diode-y pendants and bracelets sold, things to attach to cell phone too...which if the de-switchers is best to protect against microwaves? i never understood how a pattern on a copper pendant could do anything. i turn off phones, wireless at night. no computers or phones in b.r., but-- an apartment bldg--that means, i'm getting everyone else's waves 24-7, regardless. hm. time to go amish? would miss my computer very much. =/

  • I would like to say that about 2 years ago I said I would get my children( I was a primary school teacher) to do these exercises and I did. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my children got benefits, me too. They were more energetic and awake and not so dull. I found myself more energetic and aligned within myself. I have just been reminded about it and have just done this again today and already I feel so much better and alive. Highly recommended!!!!!!

  • These excercises is very similar to the ones that my biopathy doctor recommended me to do, it's about re-balancing the brain halves that suffer severe disconnection due to microwave exposure..

    And that disconnection results in a zombiefied state of the feelings and way of thinking (the little thinking that is left) and that is what we see today around the world, heartless unemotional laws and decisions made by people in all levels.

  • @ohmmeters - actually there is EXTREME THINKING in people today, due to the fact that the electrosmog locks people in the intellect and stimulate the brain waves to a hyper Beta state where constant thinking is then boosted. The challenge now is to more into the heart and live from the heart and leave the mind. Thoughts are electromagntetic by nature - part of mind control is exactly to controlling the thoughts and thereby reality. We are talking WRONG THIKING - very few seem to think straight.

  • @julianoner - the answer to your questions is to be found in the action of actually doing it. It can not be understood intellectually - it must be understood from the inner feeling of connexion and clairty in yourself. Read the comments from many other people to get a hint of what might occur to you. Blessings.

  • @CallioBajallio - the optimum is to do the 3 exercizes together - it takes max. 2 minutes to do them, and of course 3 times per day or whenever you feel like it. E.g. whenever you have been working by the computer for an hour, been to the supermarket or whenever - do it and feel the difference. Stay tuned and enjoy. Blessings.

  • I was Very skeptical of these at first. I was Drinking alchohol at the time. And these exercises made me feel sick, and made me want to throw up, Literaly. I almost puked. I guess they are meant to cleanse your system of Toxins. Wow. Great Video.

  • @Wisdomrebirth - to synchronize the brain hemispheres - like we did in primary school where we clapped the stomach and had to move the other hand in circles on the head - at least we did in Denmark - might be part of the programming :-) Stay tuned and thank you for feeling.

  • @Creatrix13 it's really increasing communication between the two hemispheres through the corpus callosum. That's a more accurate way to describe it... they won't necessarily "synchronize" because they won't become the same. (That's my understanding of the word, to an extent.)

    It's surely good to completely connect the 2 brainhalves together again because they get easily dosconnected due to the microwave exposure, thats gives also a massive brainstress.

    I was drained of energy, then did this and it's like my eyes are wide open.

    I'm always somebody who procrastinates a lot. When I find myself doing that I just do these exercises and It totally defeats those feelings of procrastination and laziness.

  • @ellie3637 - please read the other comments on this video. In general by the feeling of more wholeness, clarity, well-being, awakenness, alertness, etc. Try when you are tired or de-focused and see how you become more centered again.

  • WOW. I was not expecting that! I was feeling really stupid doing this and feeling that it was just him joking around (first video of him i've seen) but I must admit (placebo or not...) it really has made me feel better, though a slight headache :P

    Can someone tell me what exactly it does to you? anything to do with chakra points or am i looking into the wrong area entirely? :P

  • @firepouya - you don't need to pause - just do the exercises in a row and as long as you feel - never mind if it is a little shorter or longer - the point is to do the different exercises together and regular - then the effect will become super duper - watch the new video 719 about the 8 exercises easily made.     Try twice in a row and go regular. Do dangers except violent detoxification and migraines, but these are not very likely for people just beginning with this stuff in general.

    these are acupressure points. Old stuff in China, 4000 or more years old. Basically, the mechanism of acupressure points doesn't involve any of the nerve centers directly, but cords of the mebrane material that is for example between muscles, between organs, between msucle groups. it was tested with radioactive isotopes.   • @TheMidwestsBest - perhaps not the first time. Keep doing them - read the comments. And it can be measured - it is wonderful and it helps so many people so please teach more people on your way - especially children who are under extreme pressure which none of us were as kids. STay tuned.

  • This is VERY interesting. Something I wanted to ask is will this help harlequin syndrome? That is sweating on one side of the face and head. The information I've been able to find says it is hereditary damage to the carotid artery, but i had a sharp blow to the top of my head shortly before the split sweating began. A sharp enough blow that my neck was jammed into my shoulders.

  • the third exercise is the one that wakes me up the most. Is this similar to some technique called "tapping"? You tap you fingers on your nose, between eyebrows,etc

  • wow! very impressed with initial performance! i've had chronic head pain for nearly 2 decades that felt like bone plates not connecting properly. sought help did not work. These simple maneuvers initiated an unparalleled transition in my cranium, reseating bone that had been out of position a LONG time. i can still feel the calcium deposits crunching. i found afterward that the chiropractic trick of tickling the notch where spine intersects cranium created further bone reengagement. STOKED!

  • I do EFT meridian tapping too, have you heard of this too? As for this exercise, when doing the eyebrows I really enjoyed the feeling, when doing the ears I felt a tiny bit of frustration in my gut center, when I did the mouth area it was more neutral feeling. Afterwards I feel relaxed and an up feeling.

When we do not try things and see if the works, we are locked in the mental prison - many people never really get over that and therefore the world looks as it does - most are SWITCHED today.     I've found it works as a recreational drug without addiction or withdrawal symptoms, when done three or four times in a row with breathing exercises and focusing on positive and indeed expansive thoughts. It isn't the same high as with drugs, but something quite different. The body turns into honey, if it makes sense.

  • It looks like you were right, the reason for the pain in the head wasn't the damage to the nerve, but a reaction to the stimulation from the ear, which must have been too excessive. Not recommended right after a heavy workout. Meditation is better after work out. Before workout, do slight massage of the points listed. /my conclusions based on coherent thinking :)

    This is good stuff as always. It only gets better and better.

  • I combined this technique with tapping (eft) and got an even spacier feeling than doing it normally.

  • I did the eye-browe-massage wrong first. As I had forgotten how I was supposed to do it, I watched the vid again. It helped "alot more" - at least it worked a little bit this time, actually. But the rest didn't work much. Ears didn't work at all, and above and under my lips, uhhhh... Were rather "stimulated" not "lost its tensity" or something.

  • Whenever I do this de-switching technique I feel energy flowing in my third eye if it isn't already active at that time. It is as if the brain becomes unblocked and energy just floods the pineal/third eye.

  • It is very well to do the exercises in the morning, through the day and in the evening just before closing your eyes so that you go to sleep with a de-switched brain. Of course, the more the better since it clears the connexion and the brain meaning higher consciousness and more clarity of mind. It takes max.2 minutes to do, so 7 times a day means 14 minutes to strengthen yourself - this is wonderful and most people feel it straight away. Stay tuned and enjoy.

  • I'd like to tell something stupid I did with this. I damaged some nerves in my ears by pulling my ear. I had nausea and vomit causing headaches (biggest headaches in my life). I puked out the painkillers and then I managed not to and then I succeeded beating the headache. SO: DO NOT TRY TO RIP OFF YOUR EARS DOING THIS :) It WORKS - to all the people who might be reading. Be careful and don't pull, but massage.

  • Thank you for telling this and at the same time be aware that no one ever told anything the like why we should be careful not create fear in people. It might be for a personal reason you experience this as part of a process. We have done these exercises for years and no one ever felt negatively or had complications - we talk hundreds of people we are in contact with. Great point about not ripping the ears off.   • Definitely. At all the times I visit your sites, I just want to thank anyone who has to do with the creation and propagation of these exercises. To me, this set of exercises are for me a part of my overall integral yoga. Integral yoga means - body, mind, spirit in self, culture and nature; individually, collectively, interiorly, exteriorly. There is no side of a polarity in isolation, and therefore there is no possiblity of not I AM. Therefore, as ever, I successfully create my reality.

  • @Creatrix13 What actually happens that makes you feel and think better is pulling your ATTENTION into the here and now. Focusing and concentrating ones attention leads to a higher state of conciousness. There are many ways to do such.

  • @MaBu888 based on general medical teachings, id say you didnt necessary damage any nerves as much as you probably overstimulated them, you seem to have an extremely strong vagus nerve sensitivity around your ears, and thus overstimulation is what caused the nausea and vomitting, since your vagus nerve is related to innervating your stomach. Around the ear is one of the areas where it gives sensory innervation. This nerve is also related to people fainting at the sight of blood :)

    NO, it's not dangerous, - You just activated a healing/balancing prosess in the body (through the brains neurological connection with the earpoints) - and started to cleanse and balanse the body of toxins and stimuting biochemical functions in the body...     Thanks, I have been doing these exercises for 6 months or so. And they work. They are a form of detoxification inducer. It makes the skin silky like kriya yoga meditation ect. I do a lot of different modalities of healing.

  • The areas of the body he describes, including the chakras - all are activated. The chakra between the throat and the heart is also activated. The gate to higher consciousness has opened for me.

  • Crossing the arms clears the connexion between the two brain hemispheres. In school we always had to do these cross movements too. Try to wash the dishes with the other hand and see what happens.
