  • that first shot was pretty sweet

  • can i go to the gym and play on leg's machines ?

  • @fidodio999 of course as long as you know what you're doing!

  • Very nice video. Thanks for the inspiration :)

  • uhh what if i am not even flexible enough to touch my feet??

i totally forgot about flexibility years ago and ever since i started doing small exercises i gained little bit more strength but lost flexibility =/

and i cant do a a one legged squat...im not sure why but when i do it my knees feel stiff...and im only 16...i hope its not knee problems....anyways i wanted to perfect my cat rail but cant move more then 3 steps without losing balance :(

  • @nos0323 wow!!

if you train for an hour you should stretch for an hour!!

so basically the amount of time you've spent without stretching you should dedicate it to gain flexibility! because flexibility = movement

being strong won't really help you if you're restricted in your movement!

so please focus on flexibility and balanceas these are the core of any movement!

  • @yaogog so what kind of stretches should i do??

  • @nos0323

try to touch your feet with your chin (no one can't do it) and keep your leg straight imperatively it's the most important thing to keep your leg straight!

it should hurt a bit because you're stretching a muscle! but try to hold it for a minute and don't bounce!!!!

  • @yaogog wow thats gonna be pretty hard for me but ok...so i should just start of doing this like daily?

  • @nos0323 yeah man as much as you can! but warm up your muscle before streching!!!

  • @yaogog ok thanks ^^

  • @nos0323

you can grab the back of your legs to pull your head down

  • @nos0323 Pick up the book Relax Into Stretch by Pavel Tsatsouline. He has amazing fitness books.

  • "but the most important thin in balancing is.....

to stay in balance" surprise surprise! awesome advice.

  • ver very nice training

  • i like how that guy just walks by when you guys are on the fence like its no big deal.

  • thx for the tips

  • nice i have a huge hill behind my house that i will be sure to use and a rail i used to use for skateboarding i can probably find a ledge to prop on somewhere.

  • cool.

    but looks weird

  • hey what shoes ur wearing?

  • nike "zoom rs" very good shoes but not solid!but hard to find or too expensive!

very good shoes but not solid!

  • ok thx man ill see if i can find some and what do u mean by not solid

  • it easy to ripp the sole off with a cat leap but to work on touch and balance these are the best!the sole is soft and you can feel everything under your foot!and the grip is the best ever even wet!if you want to do rail precisions or improve your touch get them

  • hey whats a good all rounder shoe like for everything? and not too expensive?

  • 5.10s are the best, but there 99 bucks..

  • they're very expensive!!

any basic running shoes will do as long as the sole is resistant!

  • ponyz
