I'm 17 & got this from Sephora in the city 3 weeks ago. Bottom line, the 1st week was incredible everything cleared up & I didn't even feel like wearing any cover up at all. I never had bad acne I'd just get random small breakouts which would go away overtime. really this doesn't work. I thought cause it contains Salicylic Acid it would work. Well i've been using the Neutrogena Stress Control products and they only contain Salicylic Acid which really works for me. Murad definitely works. I've tried ProActive as well as AcneFree on my skin and it made it look horrible. The reason is because the active ingredients in both is Benzoyl Peroxide which dried my skin out very badly... it looked terrible. Murad uses Salicylic Acid which doesn't overdry my skin... I'm not gonna type a lot but Murad works wonders, especially on African-American skin (like mine).

It's working well on me but I still have mild acne around my chin and some random zits in other areas on my face. But my complexion looked a lot better than it did before I started this stuff.
