So yea, it is John Key, the guy that runs our country, and i dont like him at all, basically the bmw logo bleeding is him spending our tax money on 23 new BMW's rather than help the people of pike river mine and the chch earthquake, oh yea and by the way did i mention he's not paying for it coz its OUR money. Haha
