I have patented your idea here in Australia they are using this method in Dementia wards in Nursing Homes here Residents have come up with a brilliant idea they are going around cleaning each other's teeth , and eyes and other body parts of each other now saving on staff wages and cutting down on costs of soap water and tooth paste.
