As a retired Kentucky State Trooper, I am embarassed by this video. There is absolutely nothing about it that would attract the attention or respect of a person interested in the KSP. Trooper for a day??? Thats probably how long the person that put all this together worked the road before they whined their way into a cushy job in Frankfort. Put something together thats going to make me proud to show my friends and family.
excellent video, KSP ... you not only show some of the unknowns of the job, you demonstrate the wonderful sense of humor most troopers possess ... i work closely with KSP quite often, and the find the agency to be professional and courteous. i don't have what it takes, but i hope the video helps you find some who do.

LOL, this is terrible. I'm embarassed for the KSP. How can disrespecting your agency and uniform be good for recruiting. Thank goodness this isn't my agency. God bless the State Police but to hell with this video.
@usparatrooper82 This wasn't intended to disrespect any agency. This was to merely show what cops deal with on a regular basis and to give those they are recruiting an idea what comes with the job and just to show that not everyone is equipped to handle such tasks.
The video shows what the chaplain has been saying: Being a KSP Trooper and being a pastor have a lot in common. You have to be ready for anything and deal with tasks about which they did not teach you in the academy or the seminary.
this is worse then the last one, If i was the producer i would rent a plane, climb to 10,000 feet and throw my camera into lake barkley
