Billy could certainly sing very low and could also sing very loud at a low range. However, I think he had a great high range.  I love hearing him sing this song.

This is the best clearest and mellow base singer I have ever heard inlcuding JD. This is the first time I have come across him and I am very sad to hear he has passed away. I rated it top as it deserves,

Thank You for showing this clip. In case you didn't hear, Billy Todd passed away Sunday morning November 30 2008. We will always remember that wonderfull bass voice he used for our Lord.
