I think personally, they don't mind legalization of same-sex marriage BUT they have this political obligation to stay "in the middle" by saying 'I don't believe in gay marriage' but there will laws that will help you all out and plus, they gotta have a middle ground with the other folks who aren't as liberal as them. It's a slow process, but I think it will happen.
