  • You guys look gr8

  • You did great!!

  • @1233Maya

I like doing everything except hunters

Western looks really fun(the barrel racing and the fun stuff).

But I don't think my connemarra will allow me to put a western saddle on her......:)lol but whatever ^_^

  • Not to b mean or anything but hunter stuff is sooooooo boring. I did it once and my eventing pony nearly fell asleep. Eventing is so much more fun. U should try it.....

  • @thebandbeventers no offence but english is boring, I only jump cuz i love my horse and he loves jumping... gameing classes are way more fun. my horse yawns when we do barrels and poles and a barrel horse ik pulls on the bit and trys to entertan her self when u jump her. (doesnt matter what classes u enter on eather one... but my horse does perk up when we do the apple race.... he also knocks the apple off trying to eat it

    -_- )

  • @1233Maya --Well..the why do you even show her jumping? if she likes it then just jump her at home. The western game thingys??Those r just for fun...if u really want to ride..RIDE>

  • @thebandbeventers I show because people said my horse never could. I show because its fun and i show because the day i let him run thro barrels and poles and all those people that said he'd never amout to anything get their butts kicked. :P

  • wow cool:)

  • How is hunter diffrent from sj?

  • @MorganBeeHoney show jumping is about time and hunter is about hight... i think, i have a show jumping horse and im working on him not rushing but ik a hunter that jogs and lopes and would trot up to, and sor over, a 3 foot fence. (Both are ex jumpers but the sj is starting again and the hunter has really good lines and he was well known but he got hurt and now he might start barrels wit me XD lol that should go well)

  • You guys did great! ^^

  • can i use some of this in one of my vids ( itll be posted under horseluvrlois) ill give you credit

  • Is he for sale I live in Michigan btw

  • @CarlyHorsefreek ......you don't see saw the rains or pull to make them arch their neck... thats exactly what you're not supposed to do. you use leg to hand to get them in front of your leg then with light but consistant contact they will soften and become more supple in your hand where then you can hold the frame with your supportive leg.

  • nice i do hunter shows too and also how old are you

  • cute hunter! yes...you dont need a frame over fences though. but still very lovely quality to come with

  • She is really good and her horse is amazing

  • i like him he does well over fences. :)

  • He's a cute little hunter (:

  • @DressageFreak what is a frame?

  • @JumperCrazy08

darnit i was just in FL for vaca. lol

  • what is he able to jump ...

  • @Wendy221144

He will jump anything. Before I stopped showing we showed in Horse Medal and Equitation 15-17. The jumps were 3'-3'3". He popped over those without a problem.

  • OMG i loved that beutiful horse your a great rider.

  • Good riding! All I would say is that you have a little twist to your shoulder in the turns, but you do well jumping. Why are you selling him?

  • Good riding! All I would say is that you have a little twist to your shoulder in the turns, but good job! :)

  • Oh, and maybe if you fatten him up a bit, he'll get alot of hits. (: He's adorable thoughh!:D

  • @iluvmybabyponi

Haha, thanks! you should see him now though. He took a month off and he was a fat cow!! hes toned out now though.

  • This horse is auch an adorable mover. Not the best jumper, but I guess that's because of the height. Great jobb(:

  • @iluvmybabyponi

Hes a nice mover over bigger fences.

  • Nice arena!

  • How much and were is he at is this at idaho horse park

  • He looks like a lovely horse...(I am not interested in him) just wondering why is he for sale?

  • @FizzyFriendz

Thanks! He is a super great horse. I just dont have enough time to ride him anymore.

  • This arena looks SOOOO incredibly familiar...is this in Mississippi somewhere?

  • omg ur posture is waaaayyy tooo good!! I seriously need to work on that! like, over fences i dont really go down too much so im still kindof sitting up. any advice>

  • @mawazhere13 try to follow your horses body over the jump. dont bring up your upper body. that makes it harder for you to take the landing.

  • @hunterxjumper1 Ok, Thank you!

  • u look great!!!!!!!good job

  • @DevAndEsther What is the difference between hunters and equitation? How are they judged different?

    Thanks. xD : )

  • and a well-deserved blue ribbon it was! excellent ride - your lead changes are BEAUTIFUL by the way.

  • Great job! You and your horse look great together! Congratulations on first place!

  • @DevAndEsther

    Equitation i think :)

  • is this a hunter over fences course or a eq course? good job though you look great!

  • @gboogy100

    Thanks!

    I think it was equitation!

  • HELP!!! :) lol anyone who can help answer my question would b greatly appreciated... I want to buy a new HELMET for the HUNTER ring, either the GPA or the Charles owen GR8. which is more stylish right now for '10? If i got the GPA i dont know if i should get the grey with black stipe or the black on black... and if i got a CO i would get black on black. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS :) !!!!! Thank You :)

  • @17cocoapuff

I own a CO GR8, and I love it. Where I show I see more of the COs. You should go to your local tack shop and try on both styles to see which helmet fits you the best. :)

  • sorry just looking at some past comments, and why are you all being so fucking immature and trying to say which discipline is best? I don't have a clue what hunter jumper is since i'm from england, but stop saying that dressage/jumping/eventing is better becuase they're all very different things that are hard to compare, really people, can't we just shake hands and say i do dressage and i do jumping and thats the end of it?

  • all i can say is amazing! that is my dream! i really wanna learn hunterjumper. but i guess i should learn how to jump :P great job though!!!

  • lol, i am a barrel racer, and yesterday my friend let me ride her jumping horse in her English saddle and she gave me a 'mini lesson', and it was like a whole new world, a lot different than western.. it was super fun, but a little hard to get used to

  • Great job! Your horse is very pretty!

  • Amazing job!!!! you totally deserved first!

  • You guys look really great together! Really relaxed to!! You definetly deserved the 1st :)

  • I have a question. Some of you people on here seem to have some knowledge of jumping. I ride western but I bought a 5yr old paint mare and she can jump. I've seen her jump a 71/2 foot gap from a stand still, but only jump a 2foot jump and almost knocked it down. I was wondering if there's a sport that focuses on that kind of jumping. I know nothing about jumping but it looks like so much fun.

  • beautiful round and 123456candie u r a messed up mr fucking jackass wanting 2 beat horses 2 death

  • How high are these fences?

  • @LilPeppyFlyer99

I think this is pre-child... so probably 2'3"-2'6". We show in 3' now.

  • that was a cute class for you i thought!:) your horse is very calm and has a nice arch in his neck when he jumps! well done!

  • You guys work really well together. When I get a horse and do hunter, I want to be as good as you! :)

  • lol no prob!!! Yeah i looked on ur profile and he is soo great!! Haha my fave horses r thoroughbreds 2!!!!

  • OMG!!!! I <3 ur horse!! He/she is sooo relaxed when u guys jump!!!!! :)

  • @Jumpergirl131

    Thank you! :)))

  • good job :)!

and someone get an0m4lyy a counselor...

  • @fireefliesx33

    Hahaha! Thanks!

  • *that they are

  • It's strange how the people think they are the "experts" have no videos whatsoever.

  • Stop trying to sound intelligent it doesn't work for you. It only works for experts such as myself. Are you in to bestiality, by any chance? I would love if you could post one of your videos, and your abilities in animal riding, if you know what I mean ;)

  • nice job gud seat 2 just work on the lateral bend slightly : )

  • @DressageFreak

    Thank you!

  • jerk speak for your self

  • @16horselover

    Excuse me?

  • o i meant the gril thats like hunters r stupid i thought what she said was mean

  • Hunter is soooooo gay. Only complete losers go huntering. Only experts such as myself go eventing. We have the best, most exclusive events for horses. EVENTERS 4 LYFE!!!!1!!

  • @an0m4lyyy

    Wow, immature much?

    Its called hunters, not "huntering"...

I laughed when i read "such experts as myself", yea right...

  • Im the shit bitch. Im, Im, Im the shit bitch. And its called huntering, only amateurs such as yourself would be ignorant of this fact. Amateur. And you call yourself a hunterer.

  • @an0m4lyyy

Goggle huntering, nothing similar to hunter jumpers will pop up. You may find something, but I didnt find anything..

  • @an0m4lyyy

And I call myself a hunter, not a "hunterer" ;)

  • haha the best? mayb people dont like eventing huntering? wow nd u cal hunter gay?

  • ur pitiful eventing includes dressage nd cross country.. mayb people want to focus on luking gud jumpig nd increasing their hight than do dressage show jumping is way more classy nd serious

  • You dumb Arabian. Herka derka muhammed jihad!

  • i think sumthings rong with u im not an arabian lol can i c a video of u being the shit bcuz im 100% positive ur no wer close to this girl

  • Hahaha @ an0m4lyyy,

You're such a twat. If you were the least bit knowledgable of anything Equine, you'd have some respect for all diciplines.

You're nothing more then a pitiful little person of like twelve or something that thought they'd be cool and start a fight on youtube.

Btw, if you're soooooo amazing, where are all your videos? I'm dying to see you're amazingness! and FYI her horse is not pathectic, otherwise she wouldn't have come first.

    Happybunny455

  • Do you behave like a good little bunny? I would whip you into shape. But wait...I thought hunterers KILLEd bunnies for sport! THIS IS A CONTRADICTION. It cannot be tolerated. PETA represent!

  • @an0m4lyyy

Hunters is based off of fox hunting, it isnt fox hunting. We dont shoot foxes in the arena. And they hunted foxes, not bunnies.

  • Gosh you ass, they don't generally hunt rabbits. It is called Hunting you dipshit, and the class is a 'Hunter Class' only fools like yourself would be so stupid as to call them Hunterer. I really think you're only commenting to annoy people, obviously you've nothing better to do with your life.

DressageFreak is right, each discipline is unique and takes skill in their own way. Get over youself and get offline, stop annoying people.

  • @happybunny455 Hahaa amen!!! I mean hunters take a lot of focus, stride counting, perfection, and class. ALL horse sports are gr8!!! :)

  • YES!!!!! we doo! and we actually know how to ride! go eventers!!!

  • great mover, the horse looks effortless to jump...I ride Hunter as well and love it, I show a dark bay-black warmblood gelding and he prefers Jumper, sadly he's been sold and I wont be seeing him anymore, but he's gotten me 1st places like crazy, I was the only one willing to show him, but now I have to ride a paint mare so I'll probably be docked points due to her colour and breed, but I don't mind...Wish me luck I have a show coming up and I am very nervous... You have a lovely horse...

  • @DylanCutieBoy You said you had a paint horse and would lose points, can you explain that to me? I have a paint horse and want to show her. I'd like to know what you know. Like I said I don't know anything about jumping and want to get into it. If you didn't see my other post I have a horse that jumps distance and not height. plz help!

  • I have my first show in years on SUndayy. Anyone have any tips? I am soo nervous :P

  • Awesome! Tell me how it goes!

Get some sleep the night before, and make a list of things you need to bring and be sure you have everything the night before and that morning! When you are in the warmup arena dont worry about what others around you are doing, I have a huge problem doing that and my warmup stinks. Breath while you are riding, it makes a huge difference!

Good luck! Tell me how it goes!

  • @JumperCrazy08 I did my show today. I am very proud of myself :) I got a 4th and a 6th....

  • @BeagleQuatreHorse

    Yay! Thats awesome!!

  • @an0m4lyyy

she did great stop trying to come up with a lame exuse to try to make youself seem "cool"

    @jumpercrazy08

you did great! nice clean round, very calm and collected. you and your horse seemed like you were meant for eachother! congrats on the blue!

  • @nananadiva2014

    Thanks :))

  • WOW GREAT JOB :) !!

  • oh some people....lol

that looked very smooth, calm, and collected, which is how a hunter pattern is supposed to look :)

  • @yarmilla99

    I know right? haha.

    And thanks :))

  • and obviously she has a good horse..she won first???

  • Sorry, just hunter. Jumper take skill.

  • oh yeah. and my hunter horse is very good at jumpers. his tight turns and excellent scope can woop your horse's ass any day, if you even HAVE a horse. HA! Your probably just some stupid novice level lesson-taker who rides push-buttons! XDDDD

  • Probably is!

  • Did you really have to delete my comment?Did I make you feel that stupid?Oh one more thing,is something wrong with your horse? It looks dead or something, like a zombie, and why is it in such a loose frame? It's suppose to be like a little package, oh wait that's hunter jumper;riding dead horses and having no control haha.

  • @an0m4lyyy, damn ur fucking annoying, lol the only reason u sadi her horse looks dead is ur just mad, mad like a 2 yr old..ridiculus NOW to solve this out.. about the eventers, eventing involves hunter jumpiers dumbasses, and yes dressage needs skill, but so does jumping, u think some beginner will be able to jump 2 ft? now, noing u guys, u will say actually i do, but come on..on avg, can a beginn jump good??

  • I can barely read what you're saying learn english first then talk.I can have my own opinion and I'd like to voice it,you people just can't handle a good argument, you get all offended and freak out. You're not solving anything you just stated the obvious. And clearly I'm not mad, look at the rest of you swearing at me cause you get all emotional about my point of view.Who's the "2" year old now?And her horse looks dead it's pathetic.

  • That was not intentional, I meant to hit the reply button. But I DO have every right to delete your comment, your pathetic attempts to make me look/feel stupid are ridiculous. After all, your proably a little kid.

Equinizeyourself is right... you are probably a novice rider who rides push buttons all day.

When this video was taken I had probably been riding almost two years, I had a hard time putting a 17hh hhorse into a frame because I just learned how to do that.

  • Okay sure, you just feel stupid because you're contradicting yourself left right and center.I don't need to prove anything to you, you're obviously stupid enough to believe a little kid has the vocabulary such as this. Please, I have my own horse why would I have a right to state such opinions if I didn't have experience? No you didn't have a hard time because you just learned, you just don't know how because bottom line is hunter is a joke!If I'm so annoying don't respond,it's an opinion.

  • @an0m4lyyy

Umm... no, I dont feel stupid at all.

Yes, every one is entitled to their own opinion. But not everyone wants to hear them! And why would you watch video titled "hunter jumper show" if you clearly dont like it?

And I do know how to put my horse in a frame.

  • Why do I have to justify myself? I watch it to see the difference between different disciplines. I'm allowed to comment on it if I like it or not. Deal with people having negative opinions not everyone's going to love what you do.

  • lol i could quite care less, it doesnt bother me at all, its guite amussing at how something so stupid can on for so long... wow

  • @JumperCrazy08 i thought u did great :) hunters inset about having to put your horse in a frame but more of how nice you look, don't worry about people telling you your stupid, your an amazing rider :)

  • how do you go about that? because it sure doesn't look like you know how to get him in a frame...

  • @123456candie

At this time i didnt know how to jump a 3'3" course, but now i know how.

  • @123456candie And not all hunters have to be framed, they just have to be relaxed, happy and quiet with LOW heads, not exactly framed. Good riding :D I won Champ in my divivsion in my first show and 1st over... 6 people lol

  • lol k...w/e... obviously if u keep responding to evryones reply..u have no life..UR digging the hole deeper

  • Hahaha it's bothering you so much it's hilarious. You don't have a life either! Everyone's been responding to my comments so it looks like no one has a life. I just find the reactions amusing think what you want your opinion about me does not affect me what so ever.

  • Let's not take it so far as saying hunter takes more skill, that's just ridiculous.Have you forgotten that dressage comes into play?Think before you open your mouth;dressage takes the most skill and I don't see you hunters doing any of it nevermind doing it properly.Your discipline is a joke and a disgrace to riding, simple as that.

  • @an0m4lyyy

Hey now, look whos talking... "think before your open your mouth" hmm I think someone should take a little of their own advice. Some hunter riders do event actually, and they can kick butt in dressage and hunters.

  • Some riders that are top level can... was I addressing all hunters? No. When you say some hunter riders do event doesn't that mean that they are eventers in the same sense? Please, let's be serious, they excell in multiple disciplines. Don't even bother arguing because you're just digging a deeper hole

  • Yes, some riders, I did not say all riders. But eventers that do hunters, wait a second.... arents they hunter riders too?

  • hey, fuck you! my horse does excellent dressage. It is VERY important to build a hunter horse's dressage skill up. That way they move more gracefully and better off your leg in the ring. My horse can do perfect half passes and he's totally hunter! And I taught him thank you VERY much. >_>

  • beautiful ride, by the way (:

  • Thanks :))

  • haha its funny because "candie" is the only sane person here. Anyone who knows anything about riding knows that hunter doesn't take any skill... no offense to all you hunters out there but there's more to riding than making your horse look pretty, haha eventing & dressage is the real deal here people.

  • @an0m4lyyy

If you knew anything about hunters you would know that it actually does take skill. Jumping one fence perfectly is rather simple, but I jumping all 8 fences in a hunter course without any flaws is almost impossible. Riding hunters is more then "making your horse look pretty". It would be smart to learn the facts about a discipline before you attempt to make it look bad...

  • "But I jumping all 8 fences..." that supposed to be "but jumping all 8 fences..."

  • dude, eventers always complain about how snobby hunter people are, but look at you dumb asses! You're the ones sitting here being shitty towards our people! I respect your discipline a lot for the horses, but man you people just take all the fun out of it. >_> besides, I think it takes almost more skill to do hunters. Do you have any idea how difficult it is for a hunter horse to jump fences that are the same height as your fences in a LOWER frame? So fuck you! XD

  • wow ur horse looks like almost the same as mine lol so cute

  • Awesome!! Congratz on 1st!!

  • Really good course! :)

  • wow awesome!! You have perfect posture!!

  • wow he is a beautiful......i have 2 horses!

  • Haha, thanks! Hes a thoroughbred :)

  • Wow!! this is gud x lol well done

  • you guys look stunning by the way! xo

  • very good! very very good! how high were the jumps? *Just curious

  • Thanks!

They were only 2'3, not the biggest! haha. We are doing 3' now. :)

  • wow beautiful round! excellent riding, you def have a bond with your horse!..we attempted hunter/jumper with my appy mare and it was a total fail!..so I know it takes a whole lot of skill to compete in hunter/jumper!

  • Haha, thanks!
