Why do Americans think it's okay to blatantly lie? No wonder Americans don't know the difference between a belief, an opinion, and a fact. In other words, they don't know how to tell what's true or not.

Americans don't know very much history- and the history they do know is crazy xenophobic and provincial; also hyper-nationalistic, and therefore, utterly, blatantly dishonest.

So we teach all of these people utter bullshit. What else could we POSSIBLY expect other than an insane, uninformed, ill-advised, easily manipulated, brain washed electorate?

It always goes back to education; or lack thereof.
