Cops should use tear gas to clear the area so it can be sanitized & returned 2 order. The air reeks of urine & pot. The only thing protesters accomplish is annoying people who have brains & work hard, & disrupting the normal flow of life by calling attention to themselves. If they truly want to make changes, they should research proper channels to alter laws & request info from senators & other public officials that can be brought to public awareness & challenged. I stand for everything that occupy stands for but to put blame on the cops in this case seems very silly. I Doubt that this was done intentionally. If it was, this was a VERY shitty way to Maintain peace. It was an accident. I saw other videos; the bike WAS moving fast into the crowd but it honked twice. The driver was trying to get through. The other video did NOT have this mans loud howling that seems to tear at your pathos.

If your foot is under a tire you would have to move the tire FORWARDS or BACKWARDS or LIFT IT up in order to remove the "crushed foot"....

This "scooter" fell on its side BUT before it hit the ground allowing the tire to SHIFT or TRANSFER the weight of the scooter OFF THE TIRE he had already had removed his foot.

IF I am standing on your foot.. and you push me over my TOTAL WEIGHT is still on your foot until my body hits the ground. Then you could remove your foot not before.
