That was pretty rad. I train in this style of karate, and its pretty brutal. No punching to the face, but holy shit you can get ur teeth knocked in by a foot lol.

Punching to the head without gloves is forbidden in USA, Europe etc. Dont talk about things you dont know.

Me neither but i love this kick and wish I could perform it better minus falling on my head any tips? I did judo when I was younger and did well with sacrificial throws so I figure that with effective practice I may duplicate that success in my karate. So any tips, tricks or tools welcome! i also have a blog so would be happy to share with those readers if you are ... thank you Lx
