  • I love how people are so quick to criticize on the Internet. I doubt most of these people calling him retarded for using ice cream in his shake would ever say that to his face in the real world. Obviously something is working for him lol. Thanks for the vid

  • @thors5 YEA you can be brave here! I've long ago stopped doing all dairy and grains...ITS IN THE ANNOTATION ON THE VIDEO!!! DOES ANYONE READ THESE DAYS???????? LOL

  • Where did u get that dress?

  • WOW Hair

  • Cool mhan

  • what does post work out shake mean???

  • @Jasielalberto32310 just what it says bro! LOL protein shake after your workout

  • powder is so overrated my god

  • not a guy you want to mess with hehe. Very good video btw!

  • Sooo...does this help you to gain or lose weight?

  • @kittttygirl5 either way depending on the rest of your diet...build muscle and burn fat

  • @totalhealth4life If I'm trying to increase body fat (not muscle).... would you recommend this for me?

  • @kittttygirl5 Why would you want to increase your fat???? If you put on weight it should still be lean muscle not fat. When you gain weight some will be fat anyway. You won't build muscle unless you go to the gym anyways. Just practice sound nutrition but eat more often to gain weight .....but gain good weight

  • @kittttygirl5 LOL this is the most stupid reason to get into a diet " oh im on a diet to increase body fat and look like a fucking whale " LOL are you a sumo fighter or what?

  • @kittttygirl5 Just eat more, exercise less. You won't really build muscle if you don't workout your muscles.

  • Thanks for that Guile! #SonicBoom!

  • THAT'S WHY HE LOOKS SO FUCKING SCARY!

  • Protein, Water, sugar, glutamine and leucine.

Yeah fructose is not good post workout.

  • @TheJimboism I know, what the fuck? It was hard for me to watch at first because of his hair and the Wilma Flinstone cocktail shirt, but once he "loaded up" with ICE CREAM, I shook my head and regretted watching. Any average, non-competitive, or competitive body builer knows that ZERO dairy is a cardinal rule. He says "absolutely NO milk, and I'll tell you why later." (which he never did), then he dumps ice cream in it... What a turd burglar.

  • \m/ ... look at his hands ^^

  • Like this if you noticed he was going to put the ice cream cap on the blender lmfaooo.

  • Milks bad but ice cream is ok?

  • @TheJimboism another guy who cant read! LOL stopped using it years ago

  • @totalhealth4life Can't read? My add blocker blocks the captions sometimes for some reason. It's just you used rice milk because you said milk was bad, but then put ice cream in your shake? Thats what got me confused.

  • @TheJimboism Heres what it says: This video is outdated as I don't use ice cream or any dairy anymore. I also don't use fruit sugar post workout, but eat plenty of fruit other times. Watch my "Newest (and best) Third Post Workout

  • @totalhealth4life Then shouldnt you delete this movie if it si outdated and wrong? Or at least give some text info instead of 50 spaming sentences?

  • @Mfilipcewicz I have an annotation explaining

  • milk is bad for you, but steroids isn't? O.O

  • @kolayreplz Yes they are. Whats your point? When have I endorsed them? Try to ask something intelligent.

  • @totalhealth4life you're on steriods, so you're basically a dumbass that can't work hard enough to get results, you're a cheater thats what you are, so i'm not gona fuckin listen to your tips cause you got tiny balls.

  • @kolayreplz Another insecure hater. LOL That's the best you've got chump? In the intelligence aspect I"ve forgotten more than you'll ever know. For someone who doesn't believe my stuff you seem to be paying a lot of attention to me! LOL You are obviously a very insecure guy who wants to have a muscular, healthy body but doesn't have the knowledge to get it. Stop hating and listen and you might actually start looking and feeling good, Oh and if your last remarks were as ignorant as you.

  • Haha wow. Talking about a healthy diet and then you dump ice cream in a blender for "simple sugar". You can only gain ~5-8 pounds of muscle a year under the best possible circumstances. There's no "magic protein shake" to help build muscle any faster. You build it the same speed whether you're drinking a shake or eating a big mac.

  • @wasdare32 another guy who can't read. Duh!! Stopped years ago son. Protein doesnt build muscle!! LOL OMG Yea a big mac builds muscle the same as ingesting high quality protein. This is what you call out of touch with reality. You don't have a clue about nutrition. Do yourself a favor and don't go around saying that. You'll get laughed out of the room.

  • @totalhealth4life Protein builds muscle. But eating ridiculous amounts of it like 300 grams a day is stupid. Your body can't even handle that much, you crap out half of that. To build muscle, you have to dedicate your life to nutrition. To NUTRITION, not to PROTEIN SHAKES. If you truly have all your nutrition sorted out, you don't even need shakes. Sit down and have a high quality meal instead of blending ice cream and whey powder.

  • @wasdare32 You don't know anything about nutrition and you don't know MY nutrition. 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight is the standard for bodybuilders. A high quality body needs high octane fuel like good protein powder as well as whole foods like grass fed beef, organic chicken, eggs, salmon etc and tons of organic veggies and some fruit. Don't even try to school me on nutrition. 3 whole food meals and two shakes are ideal. My body for 57 years old is in the top .01 % of the world.

  • @totalhealth4life It apparently works for you, not going to lie. If you're truly all natural, then you did a good job. I just don't agree with everything you said. I've never heard of more than 1 gram per pound, but it doesn't matter too much. And from what I've seen and heard, it's better to space your meals out and eat 4-6 times a day rather than pigging out 3 times. But perfect nutrition and getting the right amounts of nutrients will only help you gain maybe an extra pound of muscle a year.

  • @wasdare32 that guy is not natural dude come on it's sooo obvious

  • @kolayreplz Stop hating bro and pay attention

  • @wasdare32 I eat 5 times a day. I never said that I eat 3 x a day. Wrong again. You can gain 1 to 2 lb of muscle a month if you are doing everything correctly. You are way off base. ONE lb of muscle a year???? That's just simply ridiculous. WHO the hell are you getting your info from? Lose them fast!

  • @totalhealth4life You said three whole food meals. And the body can only gain around 8 pounds of muscle a year. You can gain more WEIGHT, but not MUSCLE. Everywhere I do research tells people that you can't get the mass gains that you see in weight lifting magazines, you can only gain a pound a month at the most.

  • @wasdare32 AND 2 shakes = 5 meals. You must not look too hard. The first place I checked (even though I know the answer) in bodybuilding dot said: For most weight-gainers, .5 pounds per week would be an even more realistic goal as they reach their genetic limit. That = 2 lb a month and 24 lb a year

  • Respond to this video... ANOTHER SITE: The Final Word on Muscle Gains

The final summary of the Supertraining deliberations includes this quote from an expert in the field, Professor Michael Rennie, School of Biomedical Sciences, University of Nottingham: "I have no data of my own but I would guess that 5 lb per month would be on the high side and 1.5- 2 lb a month is reasonable."

  • @totalhealth4life He took a wild guess because he didn't have any data. Which means he's probably completely wrong. I'm just telling you what normal people can expect with the right nutrition and workout plan. Some people could gain 10 pounds a month no problem, some struggle to gain .5 pounds. It depends more on genetics than anything.

  • @wasdare32 It depends on knowing the science of nutrition, supplementation, exercise, cardio and weight lifting and dedication, discipline and training with intensity: all of which I know in great detail. Knowledge is power. This is why I try to give people info.

  • @totalhealth4life I understand that and you're right. But 85% of the people trying to get big just go to the gym, do the same workouts everyday, and expect to gain big because they drink tons of protein shakes. Nutrition is just a small part of it, and protein makes up an even smaller part of your daily intake of food. People expect to gain 60 pounds of muscle in 4 months by taking way too much protein and doing the wrong exercises. I was never saying you didn't know what you were talking about.

  • @wasdare32 Nutrition and supplementation is 85% of the way I look. Sorry bro but you're wrong again. The gym is only 6 hours a week. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. If there is one thing I know its how to live a disease free life and to build a lean, muscular body.

  • @totalhealth4life Yes I agree. I said before that nutrition is most of it. But it's not all of it, and the other parts are probably more important to strictly building muscle then eating right. I know people who didn't take protein, ate whatever they wanted, and still got decent results just from killing themselves every day in the gym. And having this lifestyle doesn't make you disease free, it just makes you less likely to get serious health issues later in life.

  • @wasdare32 I'm not a body builder. I'm a health and fitness expert. I do the things I have learned throughout the years to create an alkaline body that by its very nature resists disease. Disease cannot thrive in an alkaline, oxygenated body but takes a foothold in an acidic body. You only have seen the tip of the iceberg of what I do and what I know.

  • @totalhealth4life I see that this is your passion. I'm not saying I know more than you, I'm just saying that cancer or pneumonia or another disease like that doesn't care how much muscle you have or how healthy you are. Sure, you're more likely to survive it and it won't be a severe, but that's just like putting air bags in cars. You can't prevent an accident, only lessen the effect it has on your body. If you could prevent it, then everyone wouldn't be searching for a "magic cure" for illness.

  • @wasdare32 NIce to meet you in the middle of the road my friend!

  • @S90DayR You're not stupid, just ignorant. Big difference. Your parents didn't lie, they just don't know these things either. Its just what mainstream media feeds them and they think these things are being healthy. Most of our population is totally ignorant of how to be healthy.

  • @S90DayR It seems that you dont have any foundation of knowledge. This is basic stuff. The paleoithic diet is what you need to be on. The american diet is disease waiting to happen.

  • @S90DayR Dude!!!! Protein is essential for muscle building and fat burning. You want to lose fat? NO GRAINS AND NO DAIRY.... it will fly off of you. Boy you need my book! LOL

  • @S90DayR Muscle and fat are two different things.....muscle doesn't turn to fat and fat doesn't turn to muscle. Having more lean muscle helps to burn more fat though. Dont worry about your weight .....muscle weighs more than fat.....its how you LOOK that matters

  • @S90DayR Weight loss is accomplished by cardio and diet. Protein is for building muscle

  • @S90DayR Shakes are perfectly fine for teens. Your mother is right though. Most powders have toxic sugar like sucralose, acesulfame potassium and aspartame. I will send you a link for the protein I use with no toxic sugar or bad ingredients. A 5 lb jar is only about $35 and will last you a long time.

  • witch steroids do you use??? Stanozolol

  • Isn't icecream made out of milk?

  • @FedArteUrbano READ THE ANNOTATION

  • nice shirt dude...

  • yeah i get to have ice cream, this weightlifting shit is for me!

  • use water.

  • when do you get the best results before training or after training ?

    Thanks

  • Hey Rico , just want to say thanks for opening my eyes to how bad cows milk is for you. I have switched to almond milk and im seeing alot of difference when it comes to my energy levels all day.

  • @SuperPH34R You're welcome bro..........Almond drink is great!

  • Hey um aside all the debate bout protein n the ingredients can I ask u something about working out? I have so many questions but I don't wanna get annoying

  • Comment removed

  • @snackersnew another MORON..........seriously? is this what you do? surf around and make idiotic comments? get a life son

  • @totalhealth4life just ignore the trolls mate

  • why is milk bad??

  • @GamerDomination I get asked this question a lot. The milk industry has most of you brainwashed. Milk is for babies. After that it does not belong in our diet. MIlk is full of pituitary hormones, steroid hormones, thyroid and parathyroid hormones, gastrointestinal peptides, growth factors, growth inhibitors, fat, cholesterol, allergenic proteins, blood, pus, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses.

  • Comment removed

  • @snackersnew Wow such ignorance is amazing. Pasteurizing destroys enzymes, weakens vitamins, denatures or damages fragile milk proteins, destroys vitamin B12 and B6, kills beneficial bacteria and promotes pathogens. You are clueless.

  • @GamerDomination Cows milk is for calfs. It has lactose which is a sugar that many people can't digest properly. It has casein protein which is extremely hard to break down and causes irritation of the digestive tract and causes mucous build up. Cholesterol and saturated fat. Unless you are working your butt off all day it will kill you slowly. If you work hard labor all day it will burn off. You have to be careful with saturated animal fats and cholesterol if you don't work it off.

  • Ok bro no offense but WTF is this ur telling everyone oh this and that are bad for you and milk??? A friend of mine (MMA fighter) is always focusing on his body and lifting and he doesn't watch his diet much yeah drinks milk and takes mytofusion(containing ingredients u said ARE BAD) and he's RIPPED. so yeah I'm not taking your advice. Ima continue taking my protein even with the ingredients your telling everyone are supposedly "bad".

  • @SuperGreedz WTF? LOL Do what you want. Very scientific reason you chose. "He's ripped". They are not supposedly bad, they are carcinogens (cancer causing) and kill the good bacteria in your gut which lead to many health problems that surface as different symptoms, plus many other unhealthy things. If you want to ingest food dyes, toxic sugar and carcinogens be my guest. These things build up in your body over decades and cause chronic disease.

  • @SuperGreedz Your a moron, your implying "health" on the outside is health on the inside? I have a friend who's 5-7% bf practically year round, runs multiple cycles a year, smokes cigarettes and does multiple drugs (Oxycontin, ecstasy, coke, etc.). Does his physique look healthy? I'd say so, but hows his insides?

  • And I forgot to mention I take it immediately after my workout of course as this is the way everyone advices to take it. Another question I have is, when I take my shake, do I drink it patiently or quickly? Or does it not really matter?

  • @SuperGreedz doesnt matter long as u down it all

  • Kay please answer. After ONE FULL non-stop hour of lifting weights, I drink 2 scoops of myofusion protein mixed in 24 ounces of water. What am I doing wrong..or doing right? How can I do it more efficient? & I just started yesterday hopefully I see results soon.

  • I almost expected you to say "I'm Rico Conner from wwE world wrestling entertainment."

  • AAAhhh, I am getting back on a realy clean diet again after being permanantly injured since nov 06. I went from being 215 with a 29 inch waist at 5'9" tall. I bet I have dropped 30 plus pound's of muscle and gained more fat that a sumo wrestler want's. I wont ever look anything at all like I did, but hope to drop all my weight off in the month's to come. Going to check out more of your video's. God bless you!!!

  • @racrx32 Please subscribe to my web site for great info and bi-weekly newsletters too! All the best!

  • @racrx32 What happened man?

  • @TheNakedQuack It started with me tearing a stableizing ligament at the l5 s1 segmant of my spine, that about preety much crippled me, and of course, Iidiot dr.s overlooked it and it was to late to have surgery to reatach it. It screwed my entire back up, swolen from my low back to my ear's, literaly. I could not turn my head 3 week's after it happened. Then I had two surgeon's go in and work on my c4 -c7. I need about 3 more surgeries. dropping weight though, take me 3 month's.

  • does protein shakes make u not have kids answer please

  • @DamnITsOfficial LMAO are you for real?!

  • @totalhealth4life what i meant is does it make your spern count low because of the soy

  • @DamnITsOfficial Researchers discovered that men who regularly ate even small amounts of soy-based foods had 41 million fewer sperm per milliliter than men who didn’t. Soy is packed with phytoestrogens, plant-based compounds that your body treats just like the female hormone. These belong to a class of “estrogen mimics” that can make men grow “breasts”— fatty deposits that build on top of your pecs—kill your sex drive, even put you at greater risk for prostate cancer.

  • @totalhealth4life your a good man, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions

  • @DamnITsOfficial I try to answer as many questions as possible......I think I'm just about the only health expert that does this.........its not about money.....its about change and making a difference.,all the best my friend

  • Hey brah what about cytogainer from the makers of muscle milk? Is that toxic also??

  • @f350powerstroke of course

  • @f350powerstroke Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin, Natural And Artificial Flavors, , Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose.................ALL OF THESE ARE BAD FOR YOU

  • @callMEdrLUV skim still has all of the nasty things in the above paragraph! Soy milk is worse!!!! It has estrogen mimickers which jack up your FEMALE hormone, estrogen and tons of more negative health impacts. STAY AWAY FROM SOY. Muscle Milk was just found to have high levels of cadmium and lead....HEAVY METALS.

  • @callMEdrLUV MIlk is full of pituitary hormones, steroid hormones, thyroid and parathyroid hormones, gastrointestinal peptides, growth factors, growth inhibitors, fat, cholesterol, allergenic proteins, blood, pus, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses. YUMMY HUH?

  • @totalhealth4life actually...yea. Milk is the shit lol Idk but I dont think I could quit drinking milk if I tried, love the stuff.

  • @Mikeasskicker the only good milk is RAW MILK........period

  • @callMEdrLUV Your friend doesn't know jack bro.........MILK and dairy are nasty. Doesnt matter whether its whole, 2% or skim........same nasty stuff in it. I"ll send you info..............check to see if your protein has acesulfame potassium, sucralose, food dyes etc...if it does its bad for you.....

  • i dare anyone to call him a fag in real life....

  • @jameschoi999 lOL.... I don't think they would......not because I'm big but because when they got to know me they would know I'm straight up and am only here to help people achieve a better state of health: something I've been doing for many many years.........

  • @totalhealth4life i see...so ur like a gym workout coach or smth? duke nukem :x oh yeah can i ask one thing? i just got myself a tub of whey protein from GNC. now what effect happens if i take it just before i work out?

  • @jameschoi999 I'm a health & fitness expert/author ..........you should join my site on my page and check out my book as it sounds like you need a foundation of knowledge to be successful. Do a shake about 30 min to an hour before.....will maximize muscle building and fat burning

  • @totalhealth4life so i take in just one serving of a whey protein shake 30~60mins before a workout? sure ill check out ur website :) thanks man

  • @jameschoi999 Yea if you are 200 or over do about 40 grams.........all the best

  • duke nukem?

  • @MrNikeMike77 HAAAAAAAA ....I'm getting used to that!

  • yep this dude is right. post workout is the best time to have that.

  • i tested some protein powders but they all taste extreemly nasty do u know any protein powder that tastes good or doesnt taste at all? thnx!

  • @MrMas0ud ExtremeLabs web site......google it

  • And I don't care if I no u or not ur just a white boy using steroids and telling people that u drink protein shakes in ur grandmas blows

  • @samdaham74 LOL........your total ignorance is hilarious! You are obviously a complete moron..........and once again blouse......not blows........a 2nd grader spells better than you.......everyone is seeing what a total TOOL you are.......keep it up........I love getting your funny responses......I"m sure everyone here does too!!! Thanks for the laughs!!!

  • @samdaham74 ‎*When you judge another, you do not define them... you define yourself*

    -Wayne Dyer

  • @totalhealth4life Yo I no how to spell it it auto corrects

  • @samdaham74 uh ONCE AGAIN.........its i KNOW how .......not i NO how.......OMG

Who the hell taught you at school......or did you even go to school?

  • I don't think he drank protein for all his mussle I think he took steiroids

  • @samdaham74 There you go "thinking" again.........so can I say I "think" you don't know me or know what you are talking about?" and by the way...........mussle is spelled M U S C L E bro

  • I would cut that hair haha.

  • @LifeOfTheParty323 but you're not me! haha

  • @totalhealth4life I'm just saying, you'd like cute =/

  • fuck me rico, change the vest man

  • When do i take my whey protein to gain muscle mass? I already know that i got to take it after.. But maybe pre? Morning? Etc..

  • HEY! It's the guy from the Flintstones

  • milk is bad for you , you fool . look it up for yourself . if your gonna drink it try to get 2% or just low fat . it will reduce all the bull thats in it .

  • @CrystalAnthony12 any milk except for RAW MILK is bad for you...........they are pasteurized. Whether it is whole, 2% or skim it still has all of the stuff below in it. Man didn't drink milk for millions of years. We didn't need it then and we don't need it now.

  • @totalhealth4life Man didnt have an average lifespan of 70+years in those days either

  • @totalhealth4life breast milk when you were a baby yes u did need it....

  • @Squeaky3384 of course.....thats from your mother!!!! not full of antibiotics, pus, hormones, pesticides, etc bro! Thats obviously nature and healthy

  • @totalhealth4life yes and we didn't need supplements either but you certainly have taken them. I am not saying you are wrong about milk but you say all the bad ingredients in it while you pour chemicals into your body daily (protein powder). So many unlisted agents go into these proteins and you ingest that daily...

  • @thegarbageman21 A lot of protein powders are full of sucralose, Food Dyes, Acesulfame Potassium , etc. The ones that I consume are non gluten, NON GMO, no sugar or toxic sweeteners, lactose free, and processed in a way not to destroy or denature the protein. I don't just blindly buy ANY protein out there

  • @totalhealth4life It isn't what they intentionally put in ... its what they don't that makes them dangerous.

  • @thegarbageman21 i get my protein direct from the owner of the company who is a friend of mine and uses NO filers or crap whatsoever. He formulates the product himself. I know its good and safe.

  • @totalhealth4life

man hasent been around for millions of years..

  • @CrystalAnthony12 I think this guy knows what he is doing, He is huge.

  • @CrystalAnthony12 raw milk maybe good.....but the milke you can buy in supermarket.and the so called famous brand are bad bad bad

  • ha milk bad for you??? yeah ill take advice from a guy who cant even comb his hair

  • @Sackman28 Ignorance is bliss! Drink milk and get a glass full of of pituitary hormones, steroid hormones, thyroid and parathyroid hormones, gastrointestinal peptides, growth factors, growth inhibitors, fat, cholesterol, allergenic proteins, blood, pus, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses. Be my guest. Have you been living in a cave? Everyone knows this.

  • @totalhealth4life "milk is bad for you" says the guy who is putting ice cream in his fucking shake which HAS MILK IN IT. Anyways when milk is pasteurized that means it does not have all of those things that you said in it.

  • @metalloversrejoice very old video and i guess you can't read cause its annotated that I DON'T use ice cream anymore for years now. My friend you are way wrong. Pasteurized milk is the only milk there is (except raw in a few states) and it has EVERYTHING FROM THE ABOVE STATEMENT IN IT. Thats why you shouldn't drink whole, 2% or skim........its all the same........BAD FOR YOU The ony thing pasteurization does is denature the protein.

  • @Sackman28 Ask any vegan about how bad pasteurized milk is on the human body and they'll go on for DAYS about it... It's becoming common knowledge that dairy is just something you shouldn't consume.

  • i dont wanna be that big so i guess im gonna have to stick to my own way...lol

  • nice hair.

  • cute blouse

  • Can anybody answer my question. I am 13 and want to build muscle and get a six pack for sports. There are so many types of protein out there so I was wondering if anyboby recommended a certain kind for my needs

  • @33ilovechicken what you want is whey protein, a big tub. then mix 2 scoops with a pint (ish) of milk. tadah protein shake. he's talking crap if he says milk is bad... that's a load of rubbish.

  • raw eggs

    pound of meet

    protein shake mix

muscle milk? or low fat milk?

  • @6ftUnder92592 i use 2% milk

  • How much does that stuff cost?

  • So using ice cream isnt gonna hurt me any? I want a kind of creamy taste but I dont wanna use milk cause its more fat.

  • @BenDover118A read the ANNOTATION.......does no one see it???? I don't use ice cream for years now. NO DAIRY bro.............almond or rice drink

  • @totalhealth4life No you dummy. No one reads the description, why ask?

  • @NutStretcher that makes YOU the dummy.........DUMMY

  • This guy looks down right scary.

  • why does the protein powder i bought say "not for persons under 18"? im 16, is this safe for me to take?

  • @sovietninja3 Yes it safe i've been using protein since 15 and see gd results. It actually depends on the brand u r using and what fillers they have. So tell me what brand u r using.

  • @Halahalahala08 the brand is six start pro nutrition, i bought it at walmart

  • @sovietninja3 Yeah, you'll not grow another head or start turning into the Hulk. It's perfectly fine.

  • @sovietninja3 Should be fine as long as your family has no history of kidney and liver problems :)

  • can you tell me or make a video on rice milk and how its good? ia m lactose intollerant.

  • Im on my 2nd week of my workout now and i just bought a protein shake wich will arrive some days from now it says it contains 34g of protein,17g of carb n 3.2g of fat per scoop so im 17 now and it says i shuld take the shake 1 hour before workout and after workout but wat i dont get is am i suposed to take it everyday or just the days im working out can u advise me on the best way to take them?

  • Bam Bam

  • hello, i just started working out. will my muscles recover okay if i take a 60 gram shake after the workout.

  • @bashafacin do 40 to 50 grams and eat protein at every meal.........you need carbs too after your workout to replenish the glycogen you used up

  • @totalhealth4life thank you very much

  • is it alrite for a 14 year to take protein shakes ?

  • @MURTHYAKSHITH of course

  • @MURTHYAKSHITH yes i just started doin it i feel great

  • Hello again. love your vids. Just wanted to ask your thoughts on figs and dates? you said no to honey. But what do you think about figs and dates? Thanks heaps

  • @ishoa1 be careful of dried fruit......tons of sugar

  • @totalhealth4life dam!!!! ok thank you for your reply. what can i add in my diet for sweetness. I really do crave sweetness.

  • @ishoa1 xylitol, stevia and lo han are all great healthy sweeteners
