@ishikawaml Well that is true if your more specific. Saudi Arabia and to a much lesser extent Iran, the sort of behavior you have mentioned is legalized. In Pakistan it is illegal, but a small number of terrorists are terrorizing the population with roadside bombs. Muslims killing muslims!
