dude i recently had the same prob and i figured out a great tactic ps3 slim is like smaller quieter and takes less energy, and doesn't cost more, so get that, and how to make money, you need to wait for your b-day then make a huge party and ask your parents to pay for it, tell everyone of your friends (those that you are inviting, of course) to brign 2 buck, you'll easily have enough for a ps 3 and some games, my b-d will come up soon then i will use this, ok running out of character count now b

The original PS3 Is bigger takes more space and the 60GB One is backward compatible unlike the Slim one the slim isn't backward compatible and more energy sufficient but people do think they over heat so my opinion for you get the fat one
