At this point, I wouldn't be surprised. Leonard was on coke during his career. Out of the guys you mentioned, I'd say maybe Oscar wasn't on anything illegal, but Leonard, Hearns or Floyd wouldn't surprise me. Not 'roids specifically, but any kind of PED. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. But there's no way to prove it now.

I sort of agree with you. Although it also could have been a pride thing. I know I wouldn't want to have to jump through extra hoops that no one has else has had to just because one fighter says he thinks I'm dirty. And in Pac's defense, he did agree to urine and blood testing, just not all of the "extra" testing that Floyd wanted.

@comedicstuff . damn man. dont come up with this excuses !manny agree taking the test at the end of the first month of theyre training , the second and after the fight . and they give 50-50 cut of purse . they give floyd a week to negotiate then floyd said his not focusing on boxing anymore . in the middle of the pacquiao mosley training however, he said that he wants 60-40 of the cut and 100 mil, another excuse
