I don't think so the capital city has changed. Yangon remains as the capital city of Myanmar, wherelse Pyinmana is just the administrative centre, in other words the seat of government. Something like Putrajaya in Malaysia.

Siam, the capital has not moved to Mandalay - it has moved to Pyinmana. The capital used to be Mandalay a long time ago.

im actually from myamar n i think that no1 in myanmar has ever heard of metallica(i no some one does but the percentage is low). using it as a back ground music makes the viewers have the wrong impression. using cultural music would make the video better.
