Hehe, you don't know how funny that will sound to you when you look back when you're in your 30's. I would hardly call him old, but that's all relative. I wouldn't worry about Darren quitting singing because of his "old" age. His voice is better than ever and he still loves doing it. I think he'll be around for awhile yet. :)

i think this song is amazing but the busy montage video ditracts from it. listen to this song in isolation and it could bring you to tears, the video loses this emotion.

This was such a good video...a side of Darren that people don't normally see...it's kind of nice in a way, everyone has times like that and it just goes to show, Darren's human just like the rest of us...*sigh* but he's still a god in my eyes...a beautiful, gay god! ^-^
A lot of the footage on this video is from Darren's tour DVD "Too Close For Comfort" which was released last year. On the DVD Darren has let us see the not-so-nice side to him, but even then its not too bad, he throws a couple of little tantrums. He was going though a very bad time emotionally at the time. The footage where you see him throwing chairs and stuff was actually done in fun, they were just messing about.
I saw a vid of Darren and he was having a fake hissy fit at his assistant Leonie. There was a plate of chocolates and he starts throwing them around shouting. "I don't like this! I don't like....red! Sort it out!" Then he goes all nice to the camera and says, "This is my assistant, Leonie, and she'll sort it out!"
