At this time the wonderful Victor Liberman was still concertmaster.I heard a lot of his teaching in Utrecht,and had the privilege of following his rehearsals
with the Concertgebouv orchestra when he conducted this very symphony.I learned so much .Thank You For .
Mravinsky was a superb conductor. His beat was ever so precise. Easy to follow.
