this is ridiculous! No matter what a woman is dressed in someone will stare...its not woman's shame that they are covering its covering to overcompensate for men's lack of self control. that's all these rules and regulations have ever really been about no matter what religion. men's lack. men's sex drives, men's agression. The hijab should allow creativity to show and the face to stand out and not have a woman be over-sexualized by men, but men are men no matter what.
