i think he did the fan with emitters of somesort, you can see when he goes up. havnt got a clue how it pushes you up tho

I don't think any 3-d glitch was used. this all looks like it was only built on one layer, or two in a couple parts.

how did they managed to create the custom background? like, the far far background with the windmill etc?

@cargochaos it is a 3d layer glitch where you are able to build far in the forground, or the background. however, making back/foregrounds more detailed then this is very hard because you are not able to switch between layers fast. just search in the community for 3d layer glitch and you'll get a tutorial with the 3d tools.(if they aren't all removed)

probably a piece of invisible rubber connected to a piston that hits a thin layer of invisible rubber on the balloon to hit it up
