I strongly agree with Trump's decision to hire Bill because he's clearly better than Kwame. Bill excels at both book and street smarts, while Kwame is only strong at book smarts. Also Bill's performance over the tasks has been very solid - only in task 7 did he do a poor job (rental negotiation). Kwame has made several serious mistakes during interview process.

Kwame is my boy, this man has a Harvard degree and Trump should have chosen him. Harved has educated world leaders and many of the worlds richest people. That being said i truely belive Kwame has hiddin talent that would have been a great asset to Mr Trumps company. Even tho there was a bit of lack in perfomance in Kwamies team(Omafreakinrosa) he backed it up and still pulled thrue with success; which gives to show that Kwame was a true leader.
