@MaxxUS08 No the cymbals are marked by Rossini not to play until the galop section. The storm is bass drum alone, though it may be wrong in some editions.

@penguinpoop4 The funny thing is, it's not like anyone will miss the triangle if they just left it out altogether. You can barely hear it with all the other instruments playing
